Missing Malaysia Airlines MH370 Confirmed Lost in Indian Ocean

March 25, 2014 at 2:27 AM

This is such a devastating news that I have not yet been able to accept.

I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to the families of passengers and crew onboard the ill-fated Malaysia Airlines flight MH370. Our prime minister held a press conference tonight bearing the bad news that with latest research developments, they have concluded that the plane is lost in the Indian ocean and all passengers and crews on board perished together with it.

But part of me is still not believing it. I’m still praying and holding on to a hope that somehow, just somehow, the plane survived. I refuse to believe and accept this conclusion based on assumptions. I will believe once I’ve seen concrete evidence of their findings, confirming the plane did indeed, end its journey at where they said it did. I’m praying to God that they will find the black box and end this mystery once and for all. Give a closure to the families and the rest of the world.

My thoughts and prayers are with the families.
I don’t think I can sleep tonight.
I can’t imagine the devastation, the heartbreak, the sorrow, shock, anger, etc. the families must be feeling right now.
I am still hoping for a miracle.

Alfatihah to Muslim passengers and crews.
RIP to the rest of the passengers.

It’s a sad day for everyone. The whole world is mourning.

24 Hours and Malaysia Airlines MH370 is Still Missing

March 9, 2014 at 8:47 AM

MH370, where are you?
Please come back 🙁

It has been 24 hours and there’s still no news about the missing but lots of rumors and speculations. I feel sorry for the families as they’re waiting and waiting for news but so far there has been none.  But then I found this graphic:

It’s funny but it’s sad on how true it is. It shows the type of people Malaysians are when there are news or tragedy that happened. Like Harith Iskander in lawak Ke Der?, he mentioned that Malaysians love to play detective like in CSI. They like to spread rumors and speculate and make up story.

What I don’t like is that ‘Seniman’ part, which is an actual tweet from Zed Zaidi. I seriously don’t know wtf is wrong with that guy? Why does he like to gain bad publicity for himself and piss people off? Who does he think he is? He’s an embarrassment to Malaysian and artists. That was very insensitive. Even a politician also was being insensitive about this whole thing.

Please come back, MH370.

Malaysia Airlines MH370 Is Missing?!?!

March 8, 2014 at 11:16 AM

WHAT??

It’s missing??

Forgive me. I’m still trying to accept the fact that a MAS plane has gone missing. Malaysia Airlines MH370 left KLIA this morning en route to China but it went missing about 1-2 hours into the journey. It just disappeared off the radar without a single trace. It’s such a shocking news to wake up to. So basically the whole world is in shock right now, confused, baffled as to how it could have just disappeared like that. My facebook feed is flooded with wishes and worries and pictures and things like that. It’s sad really.

When you see pictures of distressed family members crying, mother who just sent his son only to come back shortly after not knowing wtf just happened, oh God, it just breaks my heart. People are praying on twitter and fb and websites so I hope the plane will be found soon. But of course, there will be time when you can’t help but speculate things, spread rumors (which we shouldn’t do) but doesn’t it seem so weird that.. right after our latest and current ‘event’ (I don’t want to write about anything political but you get my drift) that this happen? The timing is just perfect.

I don’t want to speculate much. I’m praying they will be found soon, and return safely to their loved one. The could have made emergency landing somewhere. Please find them 🙁 Those poor passengers.
