It’s the 3rd day of new year!
My NYE was so so. I didn’t go to work that day when I was supposed to so I decided to ask my friend to chill somewhere until midnight. Hey, it’s once a year so…. Anyways. She said okay and we spent our NYE ‘chillaxing’ at McDonald’s until midnight. We did get to see some fireworks from that area so it was quite nice. At least i didn’t spend my NYE sleeping like I did one time.
My Sunday and Monday were spent for work related. Oh well. What to do. I’m no longer in the mood to do my job. It’s a good job. It has potential to become something extremely good however it’s the way people work and how they treat you is what killing your mood. I didn’t think my job would have any politics or conflicts but looks like you can’t avoid it anywhere. And people wonder why I like to work from home.
I’m only doing the job temporarily as a platform for me to achieve something else.. but I hate that when I’m too kind to people and they take advantage of me. People don’t know me and how I work. I’m not slow, I like to plan strategically. In my job, people are aggressive. They don’t waste a minute. True. But what’s the point of working from 8 am till midnight but you don’t get much in return? That’s actually WASTING your time and energy. You don’t get paid either for wasting your time. I want my time well spent. People don’t get me so they look down on me. That’s not good.
Oh well. Haha this shouldn’t be the first post for 2012 but I have no other topic to post. I’m still gonna continue the 2nd part of reminiscing 2011 soon and still thinking about my new year’s resolution. Well gotta do work now. Caio.
Reminiscing 2011 Part 1

Wow this is so gonna be a long entry. I’m gonna try to remember any memorable events or things that happened this whole year because honestly I feel that this year went by so friggin fast. It was like within a blink of my eyes. Also a lot of things happened that I didn’t blog about so I’m hoping this would sort of summarize my year as well as preserving any events that happened this year. Yes, I do check back old blog posts for memory sake.
I think I will separate this blog into a few parts. The year started out pretty good.. was hoping this would be my awesome year.. failed at that. At least I had an okay start compared to an extremely disastrous ending for year 2010. Okay, let’s start!
The End of 2011

Where the hell did my 2011 go?!
So far I haven’t done anything spectacular that I can be proud of, except that I had my convocation early this year which is the only memorable thing this year… oh yeah, and also getting my new cars 
And one other thing that I can’t mention here. Overall it’s just a mediocre year. I didn’t have any memorable events happening this year apart from winning a couple of stuff.
I have also been too busy this year that I barely had time to blog. I had so much stuff that I wanted to blog about but never had the chance to write about. Before the year ends, I will take some time to write a few more blog posts reminiscing my 2011 and my new year’s resolution. it’s gonna be LONG. I need to dig up some old stuff and remember my 2011 timeline. Right now I’m getting too sleepy so goodnight.
Oh man, feels like my 2011 ended way too fast.

Crazy Weather, Crazy Depression

I hate it when I went to bed very late like at 5 am only to wake up 2 hours later. It sucks. It makes me sleepy later in the day and I have no mood to do anything.
I’ve been so very depressed lately. Mostly because I’ve been getting a lot of pressure from people I guess. Plus the weather has been crazy hot lately. Gosh. You can’t even be outside for 30 seconds without feeling like you’re being burned alive and I’m not exaggerating. What’s up with the crazy sun? Because of that each time I have to go out I’d end up having headache/migraine and each time I don’t have to go out I’d feel completely lazy and sleepy and I’ve been spending this past few days just sleeping. WTF.
However one thing to look forward to is – HALLOWEEN. Yes it’s the month of October so Halloween is coming up! No, being the pathetic person that I am, I have nowhere to go on Halloween and nowhere to party at. So I’ll just continue doing what I do every year for the past I don’t know how many years.. have a horror movie marathon!
i’m not sure what movies are good to watch this year. Horror movies suck nowadays. I’d have to hunt for some good horror movies to watch this Halloween. Before I go, I leave you with a picture of an AWESOME super realistic mad makeup effect skillz and totally gory looking for Halloween. Because it’s too gory, I’ll leave it hidden.

Flowers for Mother’s Day?

Mother’s Day is coming up and I have yet to think what to get or what to do for my mom on mother’s day. Usually I’d take her to an expensive restaurant but not such a good idea anymore since the last expensive restaurant, I spent over 100 bucks for food she barely ate. She’s not a big eater. I’d probably get a slice of cake and take her out for dinner.. I thought about getting her a gold necklace but hmmm.. don’t know if that’s such a good idea. I definitely can’t get anything that’s breakable.
This site, Raleigh florists, has beautiful flower arrangement that can be used as mother’s day present. For me, I don’t prefer flowers. It’s a waste actually to spend so much on flowers that will wilt in a few days.
My Birthday

It’s still my birthday in some parts of the world so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME.
There was nothing special on my birthday. I woke up, went out with mom, bought stuff for my cats, met this interesting talkative and friendly girl at the bank, and ordered Domino’s pizza as birthday dinner and invited my uncle to come. I did receive quite a number of birthday wishes compared to last year so I’m happy 
Thank you for all the birthday wishes. I didn’t wanna really celebrate because it would just remind me that I’m getting old. Before I know it, I’m gonna be in my 30s, then 40s, then 50s.. and if I’m lucky enough 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s… (lol). I hate getting old. Getting old means your priorities change, you can’t have much fun, you stress all the time, your health will go bad, your young/good looks disappear, hair turn grey, eyesight go bad..wrinkly skin… ick. Would need anti wrinkle cream now.
I haven’t posted a blog post for about 10 days now and there’s a lot I need to blog about. I keep saying I’m gonna post them but I never got around to it. Well I’ll try to post more today. Well I’m gonna watch Glee’s Rocky Horror episode which is showing on TV right now then I’ll go to bed. Before I go, guess what?
I have Windows 7 on my iMac now! Yay. Finally. t3h aw3som3n3ss.
I wanted to install it ages ago but I keep hesitating but now I’m glad I finally did it. I can play windows games now. Civilization V is so much better and smoother now

It’s prophet Muhammad’s birthday today so it’s a public holiday. I’m going to Kuala Lumpur today at about 11 am because I need to pick up my books at Kinokuniya. I’ll be going alone so it’ll suck but at least I get to try new ets train! Mom wanted to go but I told her next time cuz I’ll be rushing for time as I’m making a day trip and I’m sure mom would be very tired later… plus there’ll be lots of long walk, from KL Central to LRT train station to KLCC and back. But damnit, I woke up at 1 am again! I feel asleep yesterday’s evening ..gah. I’ll be so tired tomorrow.
Well I have work to do now. I’m actually almost finishing one website project for beta testing so hopefully I can launch it this week, then finish my Glee project then finish my other projects. Back to work now.
Oh yeah, for Valentine’s Day yesterday, I bought myself this rose, and the rose is actually like a ring box in shape of rose and it has a cute ring inside.. haha. Had to get it for myself.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
GOODBYE 2010 and HELLO 2011!
My new year celebration was sooo lame haha however yesterday was one of the best days in a few months. I didn’t think I was gonna go celebrate NYE. Suddenly at 7.30 pm my friend texted me and asked me what I was doing for NYE. When I said nothing she asked me if I wanted to join her and her friends and since I didn’t wanna be at home and have another lame NYE like last year (I fell asleep before the countdown!) so I said yes, I’d join them even though I don’t know her friends. Then Claudia called from London! Yay. So that made my night Then I rushed to get ready because she was on the way, and I dressed like shit, not knowing that there would be boys joining also. Blergh. So we went to the MBI park and just relaxed at the food stall and the boys ordered SHISHA!
I miss it. But it was more fun when I had it with my friends in KL. Gosh I miss them. I still remember in 2009 in December we were having so much fun because we just finished with graduation showcase and stuff. And KL shisha taste better actually. Anyways. We were just freezing our asses of there because it was still way too early. So until about 11-ish pm, we walked to the park, sat there, camwhored and when midnight struck.. NOTHING. Can you believe that? There was NOTHING! There were a lot of people playing with this glow-in-the-dark kind of toy by throwing them up in the air so I saw a lot of glowing stuff, but no countdown, and no fireworks! There was 2 small firecrackers 5 minutes before midnight but that was it! How lame. So we waited there until like 1 am because there was a heavy traffic jam on the road.. and loads and loads of bikes.. urgh. They decided to go to the other park we call ‘Polo park’.
On the way there they stopped at a gas station, and we all needed to pee badly, haha but can you believe it? They toilet for the girl at the gas station was locked?? So everyone had to share one toilet? OMFG eww! So we decided to hold it in and wait in the car when this one car park next to us to pump tyres. The dude had funky clothes and was in a rush, looked like a cartoon actually haha. When he turned his face towards me that’s when I saw it was SATHIA! OMG.
He’s the popular Malaysian comedian and I’ve been a fan of him since I was little. It was awesome to see him next to the car window haha. He was wearing Indian costume so I’m guessing he was here doing a show? He smiled at us and then I just screamed ‘HAPPY NEW YEAR’ and he said thanks haha Awesome.
After that we just relaxed at the Polo park, I ate ‘laksa’ and went back home at like almost 3 am. One thing to note is that there was at least 3 or 4 road blocks that I saw and nearby my house, there was one road block and when we reached the road block, she slowed down then kept going but was stopped by the police seconds after.. and guess what? The police just yelled at her for not stopping! WHAT THE FUCK. It was an honest mistake and she said sorry! We all thought the police asked us to keep going because the first road block at Polo park was like that, and also because he didn’t show the slightest sign of asking us to stop and gosh, I was just sitting there, with my jaw dropped open at HOW RUDE THE FUCKING POLICE OFFICER WAS! We’re not fucking criminals, and give us a fucking break, it was NEW YEAR! It’s not like we go out late every night whoring. No need to be so fucking RUDE. Gosh. Reminds me when one police officer stopped me because one of my tail lights was broken but instead he was asking stupid questions and ‘scanning’ my body with a torchlight…which was so fucking creepy. Euuurgh *shudders* But I rather have flirty police officer than one who yells.. scares the fuck out of me.
Anyways, even though it sucked that there was no celebration whatsoever in Ipoh, at least I didn’t spend it alone at home, especially since I left my cable tv smartcard in KL so I can’t watch TV. Argh. Anyways, I’ve also received my Christmas present delivered yesterday so yay, it was an awesome last day of 2010. I will blog about my Christmas present tomorrow. Wow can’t believe it’s 2011 already. Gotta think about my new year’s resolution.

I BOUGHT A NINTENDO Wii… WTF
SERIOUSLY. WTF.
I wasn’t planning on buying it …yet. Usually I’m against to sudden decision of buying something without doing a thorough research and survey first but I don’t know why last Friday I had this sudden urge to buy it on the spot.
You see, I’ve been wanting a Wii for a long time. I promised myself that I’d get something I ‘want‘ not ‘need‘ this December. I’ve been trying to decide between an xbox 360 with kinect or playstation 3 with move or nintendo wii. I’ve been leaning towards xbox kinect but it’s still new and launched last month so I’m kinda hesitating. After asking a few places, they told me xbox 360 + kinect cost RM1700+… omg. Way over my budget. PS3 is around RM1300+… but my wii is RM850. A few other places sell it at RM900+ though. You can get it cheaper though at some places or if you know some people… or 2nd hand console.
So I decided to buy a wii on the spot. I don’t know why! I am going to KL this week, I should have waited and ask in KL in case there’s a cheaper one but I figured if there’s anything wrong with the console within its warranty period and I’m still in Ipoh, there’s no way I’m going back to KL just to get it repaired.
The store is ok. The Wii package comes with the soft-modded Korean wii, its normal accessories like the nunchuk and remote.. and charger.. and manual in korean >.< Well it’s already soft-modded and even though I’ve lost the channels to buy wiiware and shit, but at least I didn’t have to softmod it myself and risk of bricking it. It’s way more complicated than dsi… It also comes with an portable external DVD drive to put my games in instead of using the wii dvd drive.
Originally I wanted the black US wii, and since NO ONE in Ipoh (that I know) sells the black un-modded US wii here, so I had no choice. It also comes with free 10 games which all sucks from that store… but the good thing is that I can play it and if I don’t like the game I can exchange it hehe. They still owe me like 6 games which I’m gonna exchange once better game arrives. I could download but DAMN, 3+ GB per game… I think it’s time to ditch streamyx connection and go for Unifi.
Also after 3 confusing days of reading wiihacks.com, i finally figured out how to use my portable external HDD to play downloaded games This way it’s easy to backup (or download) games and store it in there so in case I’m taking my wii to anywhere, I don’t have to carry 10000 DVDs with me.
I also bought like 9 games today. Finally found one store that do sells wii game in Ipoh. Sheesh.
Anyways, if I found a cheaper wii in KL, there’s nothing I can do. So now I”m back to being broke cuz I’ve used up my savings >.< So now back to saving again for my Nintendo 3DS fund.. Also I went to PC Show last Friday before I bought my wii.. umm Ipoh’s pc fair is getting lamer and lamer.. nothing special anymore. Just lots of annoying broadband promoters from Maxis and DiGi. It’s so annoying when you’re trying to enter the place and at least 5 people from either DiGi or Maxis (no Celcom?) asking if you wanna use their broadband. For the 10th time, I already have streamyx at home and no matter how shitty it is, it’s still way better than their portable ones.. AND I use my BB to tether to internet from my laptop.. so I don’t need a portable broadband anymore >.< Plus I’m blacklisted anyway haha. Maxis is evil.
However they do have cute mp3 players and cartoon-ish flash drives.. I want! Sooooo cute! It’s like having a personalized flash drives that’s cute and that fits your personality rather than a plain normal thumbdrive. I like the doraemon one.
Last but not least, Salam Maal Hijrah 1432 or Happy Islamic New Year! My resolution is to do more good deeds this year.
