I am sick again, wtf
I am sick again, wtf. Early June, as soon as I arrived in my hometown, I got sick too but I don’t know what sickness I had because I just couldn’t breathe properly, and had no energy to do anything or any appetite to eat, and that’s how I lost a lot of weight. Well last night, my tonsil was suddenly swollen and hurting, and I couldn’t swallow at all.. shortly after, I had a very high fever. Now I think the fever is gone but my whole body is aching, too much mucus caught in my throat urgh and my head hurts.
On a different topic, next week we start Ramadhan! AKA fasting month. It’d be so much better to fast in KL because there’ll be a lot of food in the evening! But gosh I hate to think about the suffering and the torture I have to go through to queue up for the elevators because everyone would be going back home too. Here? I don’t know if it’ll be ok here. We’ll see. Also it’s time to start shopping for Eid Mubarak/Hari Raya. 
Shopping for clothes, new curtains, linens (like matouk), decorations..all for Eid mubarak.
Well I have to rest now.. just took some med, suddenly I’m starting to sweat. This past few days, I’ve been playing Airline Tycoon nonstop, it’s such a fun game! And I’ve also been a tycoon game downloading spree. @__@ Great, distractions from my work… I”ve been neglecting my project for 2 weeks now.
Oh yeah, PC FAIR this weekend and it makes me sad that I still can’t get my HD media player. Oh well, hopefully I’ll have some money for the pc fair at my hometown end of August, which totally sucks. You can’t find anything!

Ah I know what you mean. The diet pills could be contributing to my lack of energy even though one of the pills is for raising metabolism.. but 95% of my sickness is not or could not be related to the pills. It’s mostly dust, weather, and hidden ones that I’ve been having since early this year… just don’t have the time to see a doc yet.
Only problem with the diet pills is the common case of addiction & pill dependency.

Tany, taking pills actually brings down your “resistance” (to sickness). Why? How? I’ll tell you: Its the same reason people get become drowsy after eating a big meal.
The pills are yet another item your body has to process. The more energy your body spends processing things, the less energy it can devote to stuff like producing antibodies & repairing cells.
THIS is why you get tired after eating a meal. Because the body needs to invest energy into meal digestion. What happens is: your ‘hyperactivity’ circuits are shut-off, so all the available energy will then be diverted toward meal processing.
Your body’s energy stores is like a bank account. Or like a battery you put in a radio. If that energy is spent too much on one thing, then it doesn’t have enough left to spend on other things.
More pills = Less cellular repair & antibody production.
It IS that simple. Ps. Didn’t you take Physiology in college????

Yes what you said is true, and I am aware of those, but why I said it’s not related to the pills is because the problem (my sickness) did not start after I took the pills. Your info would be relevant if the problems started after I took the pills but I’ve had them when I wasn’t taking any pills. Actually come to think about it, even the fatigue problem did not start recently. I’ve had my problems for years already when I’ve only started the diet pills last June, and only after I took my pills that the sickness wasn’t as bad as it used to be. I’ve had a lot worse.
I actually know the cause of each sickness or fatigue problems that I’ve been having because they’re like routine sickness to me every year, except a few ‘internal’ problems that I need to refer to the doc (still happened months before the pills).
PS: Er why would I take physiology? Er physiology & film studies are not related o.O

Sorry you are sick. Tell me – You still messing with those diet pills? If so, and I suspect you are, can you connect the dots?
Reminds me of the alcoholic. Keeps waking up in jail all the time, says ‘Why, oh why ME?! I’m really not a bad person.’ Then one day he connects the dots: ‘Every time I drink liquor, I wake up in jail’.
