A few quick updates!

Sorry!
I have been so busy lately that I haven’t had time to blog, and that I’ve been so busy working on a project which I can’t reveal yet. I have been flat broke too that I need to find ways to make money or… work (I hate this dreadful word). It’s not like I don’t like to work, I love it.. it’s just that, I don’t want to be doing something I don’t like or enjoy. Forcing yourself to do work you hate for other people is not fun. Also, I don’t like working for other people, work like mad yet get nothing. Some companies don’t even care if you work too hard, you do overtime, or whatever.. and they think you’re worth only RM1000 every months because you’re just a diploma holder, not PhD. I hope when I do want to start working, I’ll get a good company 
Now, just wanna list down some quick updates and notes on blogs I have yet to write about…
- Last week I went back to KL, did my 6th fraxel treatment and medlite laser.. I have lots to blog about this!
- I have been working on website using content management software for the first time, and actually learned a bit about PHP for the first time
- Still need to blog about the dirt cheap clearance sale I went to!
- My phone line is temporarily barred.. I can’t function normally without my phone :( Feels so empty and lonely not hearing the beeping of notifications every few minutes..
- I’m addicted to tycoon game again! Been playing old games again.. like Mall Tycoon 3
- Finally upgraded to wordpress 3.0! Much nicer now
- Need to blog on my case with fitness first (which is settled now, I hope)…
- Confirmed, I’ve lost 8-10 kg in 1 1/2 months! WOOT.
- I miss hanging out with my friends in KL..
I miss KL food and shopping malls.. - PC Fair next week! I planned to buy a new HD media player, but unfortunately I could not save enough to afford one.. I’m still gonna go to KL to survey on the brands..hopefully I can save enough for the next pc fair. At the moment, I think I’ll survive with my current cheap media player.. not perfect but hey, at least it’s better than nothing.
- I finally bought Burt’s Bees lipbalm that I’ve been wanting one for ages! I absolutely friggin LOVE it!
- Need to do some movie reviews
Can’t think of anymore because it’s almost 4 am and my brain is shutting down.
OMG yesterday my laptop gave me a scare! As I was watching youtube, suddenly the screen went black, then THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH appeared and said there was some failure..with the drivers. I got paranoid but was fine after rebooting until a short moment after, my laptop made a LOUD and I mean LOUD noise! It was too loud, nonstop beeping-like sound that it freaked me out so bad! I did some check for errors, fixed them…seemed to work fine until a short moment after, my damn laptop froze and another different LOUD beeping noise! So I did a thorough check in safe mode, then more checks and so far no more BSOD or loud noises. Hopefully no more, ever. Nearly got a heart attack. I still haven’t recovered from the broken heart of losing ALL of my stuff in 2007 because the stupid technician did not backup ‘My Documents’…all of my webcam pics are gone and I’m still very very very upset till today..
Well I’m exhausted now. I’m gonna play a bit of Mall Tycoon before going to sleep. Brain is shutting down now. Goodnight. NC health insurance

I haven’t been blogging a lot lately.. I think people are forgetting my blog . I haven’t been doing much ‘promotion’ on my blog either. Whatever ranking I had must have decreased My blog is back to oblivion.
I hope to write more this coming few days. On Thursday I’m going back to KL again because I have dermatologist appointment this Friday so I’ll be quite busy and tired. This weekend, I’ve been going out with my friend and one place I should mention is WAREHOUSE SALE! They had sale on 3 brands – L’oreal, Garnier and Maybelline.. and plus some haircare stuff from Elseve for 3 days. Everything was DIRT CHEAP! Mostly it’s because it’s either old stock, discontinued items and clearance sale. I even emptied my bank account today to get some stuff. I will do an extensive reviews of them plus some other stuff I got earlier.. my biggest makeup haul ever.. I’ll find some time to write about it soon.
I also have a few huge and small website projects that I”m working on. Also, I have some of my almost done websites that I need to finish so I can start using them. Well, I have nothing to do here so might as well use my free time to do something. I also have to think of ways to get some money.. job or freelance work or something… I’m flat out broke as of today. My wallet is like fricken empty! Wtf. However, there is no way I’m working at McD or anything like that.. if it’s KL, it’s alright.. I mean almost every college students would work… but not in Ipoh… it’s not that common here because the cost of living here is quite low compared to KL….. or is it?
I can’t believe that majority of stuff here in the mall are even more expensive than KL! WTF right? Even food! Gosh. Not only we have lesser choice here to shop and hang out, we have lesser choice to choose cheaper options also. Not much competitions here. Sucks.
Well I have to do some research now.. I can’t blog much because I have a headache. I was sleeping earlier because I was soooooo sleepy, but mom woke me up, then I was watching Mind Your Language.. so now I have a headache from the lack of rest. So I’ll do some research and then get some sleep cuz I”m so exhausted today. Oh yeah, so far this past few days, I haven’t been staying up all night, sleeping all day Hopefully it’ll stay like that, and I’ll get my normal sleeping pattern back.

I wanted to blog this sooner but I fucked my sleeping pattern so I’ve been tired but YEAAAAAAAHHHH! Spain won the World Cup 2010! It’s still fresh news right?
It’s weird to care about it. I wasn’t into the world cup earlier. The last time when I was really into world cup was in 2002 when Brazil won. I was supporting Brazil all the way, and I had my online friend to talk to about the world cup so it kept me interested..

…but 4 years after that, I was in Japanese school, didn’t really care. My Japanese school life was killing me. Now for this year, I didn’t care UNTIL the match between Germany & Argentina. Usually I’d just check out the score the next day. I was shocked that Brazil lost! That day I hung out with my friend, and somehow she texted me about the game after, and I started to watch it.. luckily local tv was showing it live. Then I got more and more interested because I had someone to talk to about it.. and kept my interest going. Unfortunately, the next match on that day between Spain & Paraguay wasn’t shown live here, so I was texting with my friend to keep me updated with the score. At that time, I still didn’t have my internet.

bear and it was only RM10! So I went and grabbed my ‘Bearzil’
even though that morning, Brazil lost.
Argentina vs Germany – I was rooting for Argentina! My friend too.. but when Germany kicked their ass like no other, we were shocked, and pissed O_O Then Spain won, so that’s something good. I hated Germany for kicking Argentina’s ass.
Germany vs Spain – This was shocking! Haha and it was so much fun. A lot of people were rooting for Germany, and some were sure Germany would win. Yes, there has been predictions on Spain but come on, Germany kicked Argentina’s ass with 4-0 score.. so it’s not impossible they could kick Spain’s ass…luckily they couldn’t! Haha! I was so happy Spain made it to the final! Nobody cared about the match between Germany & Uruguay… I mean like, whatever right? Don’t really care who won.. but Germany did so whatever lol.
The Final Match: Netherlands vs Spain
Oh God, it was the most intense match I have ever seen! The match was aired at 2.30 am Malaysia time, so I was screaming and shouting in the middle of the night… it was nerve-wrecking when no team has scored and they had to add extra time! And it was even shocking how the Dutch played the game! They played it dirty.. they played it rough.. they lost their integrity. Seems like they don’t want to be respected for playing good, but just want the damn cup. The most shocking part was the super kung fu/karate/ninja kick to Alfonso’s chest by De Jong!
That was just super brutal, dude! The worst tackle ever. Poor Alfonso. If it was a kick to the knee or ankle, that’s normal.. but the CHEST?! He’s lucky that he’s still breathing. He might be suffering a broken rib though. What pisses everyone off is that, the stupid fucking referee only gave De Jong a YELLOW CARD? That should have been a damn RED CARD! Shame on you, De Jong. This match was also the only match that I’ve seen with so many yellow cards given! 14 yellow cards! And 1 red card. It was so annoying that every few minutes, there’d be something happening… either Holland played rough or Spain made a bad tackle.

PAUL THE PSYCHIC OCTOPUS
Haha I’m sure you’ve heard of him… the psychic German octopus!
Even though I’m not supposed to believe all this psychic mambo jumbo.. but I can’t help but be amazed that out of 8 matches (7 involving Germany, and one for the final), he got all 8 predictions right! He even predicted that Spain would win the cup, but after almost 2 1/2 hours of no goal, I was starting to doubt Paul until few minutes before extra time ends, and Iniesta scored a goal! I was like omg Paul was right hahaha. If I had bet a lot of money on Spain, I’d be rich by now! So to honor Paul and his super psychic power & prediction /sarcasm, I promised not to eat octopus for a month haha.
Now I know why people with heart attack are not recommended to watch world cup … at least not alone. I nearly got a heart attack every time they tried to score a goal but the ball ended up outside..so close, soooo damn close.
Well world cup is over, I need to get back my normal sleeping pattern. Let’s see if I can still gain interest in the next FIFA WC in 2014.. it’s gonna be held in Brazil so I hope Brazil will win!

Download Frenzy

I’ve been on a download frenzy mode since yesterday. Too bad in Ipoh, fast connection is not supported yet. In KL, I could get my internet speed at around 2 Mbps or so.. but here, I can never get pass 1.5 Mbps.. and of course, it’s still slow as hell. But I’m still happy that I can still be online 24/7. I also rather download torrent at roughly around 140 kB/s with streamyx broadband instead of 25 kB/s with my celcom broadband.
I’ve been so addicted to Glee’s soundtrack since I came back here because of no internet..there was nothing I could do but sing to kill time.. and yesterday I remembered the soundtrack I used to be obsessed with when I was about 12 or 13… EVITA.
Evita (starring Madonna and Antonio Banderas) was an epic movie. I just love the songs so much… sucks that I didn’t bring any DVD back except for my Golden Girls DVD and Glee DVD so I wanna download Evita..except… I”M RUNNING OUT OF SPACE! Gah. I have like 3 GB left… -.- PC Fair will be in early August!! So I’m thinking of making a day trip to KL by train haha. It’s easier rather than having to drive back to KL.. the train will stop at KL Sentral, and from there I’ll take the LRT train straight to KLCC (Petronas Twin Tower) to the convention center for the PC Fair. Hoping to get a either a new portable 500 GB external HDD or a new media player.. western digital maybe? Or should I get seagate? Hmmm decisions decisions…

Secret Recipe cakes are t3h awesomeness. Their cheesecakes are just so good. I bought a slice of strawberry marshmallow cheesecake and a slice of peach cream cake. The cheesecake is just so damn good like omg.

Sounds good.. the thing is, I’ve never heard of this before.. anyone know if it’s available in Malaysia? Speaking of weight loss… in last few posts, I mentioned that I’m on diet pills right? Okay.. you see, for 3 weeks since I’ve been back in my hometown, I’ve been sick. I couldn’t eat a thing except drink water. I had absolutely no appetite at all. I weighed myself at the mall last month and there was no weight loss at all! I figured I hit a plateau.
So yesterday at the mall I took the scale and weighed myself and I blurted ‘WTF!’ out loud. 4 scales I tested showed that I have lost 10KG (22 lbs) in a month. Wtf! Ok, one scale showed a different one so that’s why I feel skeptical on the result of the other 3 but holy shit, if I’ve really lost 10KG in a month (mind you, without any exercise at all) then I am so fucking happy! But it kind of sound a bit too good to be true? I don’t feel like I have lost weight.. so I’ll wait until I can get a hold of a better, reliable scale. I have a feeling I’m gaining weight again because I’ve been eating fattening stuff like cheesecakes -______-
Also, at the moment my teeth are aching so bad… ARRRGH!
Well I feel tired to continue blogging even though I planned to talk about much more but I’ll continue later.

Another Crazy One
2This is just another random blog post that I usually would write about. Today this short information is to give you guys a website on medication recommendation best treatment for hemorrhoids. You see, I’ve been going for this electrostatic treatment once in a while when I’m not lazy.. and during the treatment a person usually would help us kill time by interacting with us and educating us on health matter. Last Monday, the guy was talking about about bowels movement and you know… stuff relating to that. So unhealthy bowel movement will cause problems.. and can get pretty embarrassing.

Hello!
It has been a LONG time since my last blog post update!
If you didn’t know, since I’ve been back in my hometown, I’ve been using my Blackberry phone as my modem to connect to internet. What it does is just freeze/hang my laptop after 5 minutes of connection everytime. If I”m lucky, I get half a day before it hangs my laptop. Also, if I’m lucky, I’d get connected to my broadband once in a while. It sucks that the line is broken and I couldn’t fully connect to internet using my broadband.
I’ve been going crazy. With no internet, and constantly having to force reboot my laptop like 5-10 times everytime I try to use internet, I finally lost my patience. I got into a huge fight with my mom. Either I get a new internet, or a new phone line. You see, the old phone line has been terminated, but you can still connect to broadband (Streamyx aka shitmyx).. but I can’t make any report for the telecom technicians to come and fix it because the line is no longer active. I’d also be in deep shit because I’m not supposed to use my KL broadband here in my hometown.
I’ve been thinking of getting those portable wifi connections etc with no contracts. None satisfies me. Everything has QUOTA and I hate bandwidth throttling. I’m a heavy internet user, so having a 3GB or 5GB bandwidth limit a month is ridiculous. I’d use up the quota in 3 days. Now, the only option that seems good is P1 Wimax. No contract, and bigger quota (10GB+), and faster speed (1.2Mbps as opposed to 384kbps for others). But geez I’ve read so many horror stories, I freaked out. I still want my shitmyx.
So at last, the only solution is to get a new phone line. Mom didn’t want it at first… hence the huge fight but after clearing the matter again with the telecom people, turns out, it CAN be done, and it doesn’t cost that much. Having new line would also mean, NO SHITMYX ACCOUNT. The first time we went to telecom, the guy told me, the cheapest account for RM68 (only at 512 kbps), and new shitmyx account + new phone line = RM400-RM500++.. WTF. Plus it’ll take 2 weeks.. WTF!
That’s another problem. I already have a shitmyx broadband account in KL with 1 Mbps speed… what’s the point of having to pay double monthly (RM99x2) when I could just use my KL internet here, if only the phone line is shitmyx activated. If I have to pay that double, might as well get UniFI for 5 Mbps connection! Then, hallelujah, I found my savior which I didn’t know existed. Shitmyx for RM20…! Should have read the shitmyx website first. Now, RM20 plan only have 10 hours broadband connection and after that, they charge you 5 cent per minute. Mom was quite worried about that, but I told her, the trick is just to get the line shitmyx activated, then I can use my KL account. It’ll save me RM79 for 12 months (since it has 1 year contract)!
So yeah.. last weekend, the technicians finally came to install my new phone line But my shitmyx wasn’t activated until Tuesday (3 days ago). I suddenly saw my modem’s light on, and it says I’m connected to local connection! So that means the port is ready… however since my shitmyx account hasn’t been activated yet I couldn’t connect… I called them… the operator took a long time.. and told me the account would be auto activated in 7 days.. so I have to wait until Thursday (yesterday). Just minutes after I hung up the phone, MY SHITMYX IS ACTIVATED! I was fucking surprised and fucking happy. MY LIFE IS NO LONGER EMPTY WITHOUT INTERNET!
And now I will always have internet when I come back to my hometown
I would never thought that I would be so happy to be connected to SHITMYX but right now, from all the frustrations I had with my phone modem, feeling so outdated, bored etc I could kneel down and praise shitmyx. Even thought it’s shit, it’s still far better than other broadband options, and best of all, no limit!
Oh I have so much to blog about.. so yeah, wait for the blog spams within this few days. 
However, my health since I’ve been back here has been declining.. I don’t know why.. I’ve been getting sick a lot.. now I’m suffering with bad toothache.. that fucking wisdom tooth.. and my chest hurts. I need to see a doctor and the dentist I hope it’s not side effects from my weight loss pills… nah can’t be. However I do think that I’m starting to gain back my weight now wtf. I need to be fully healthy again so I can start exercising… >.<
Okay, time to get some sleep… 5 am now.. urgh need to get back my sleeping pattern. YAY FOR INTERNET!
