I was looking at this one site and their deal of the day offer and then I noticed something. Of course majority, if not all US websites that sells electronics don’t ship internationally, to Malaysia especially. Like Amazon, they ship only certain items like DVD and books but not other stuff like clothes or electronics. The only way now to get these things shipped internationally is to get a US  based address.

Now there are a few sites that offer this service. I found another one, called Bongo international. They ship all of your items at once with a highly reduced shipping cost. There’s one I think Singapore based company that does the same but they still have high shipping charges. Now the thing about Bongo is that you can have Pay Per Use or subscription based account. PPU is alright for people like me who buys stuff internationally like DVD (or at least used to) once in a while. It says it has discounted shipping but I have no idea how much discount it would be.. but for those who do a lot of US shopping online they have a subscription based account with highly discounted shipping charges. It all sounds tempting.

Too bad I’m not rich and not working. There’s a lot of stuff I want to buy from the US that’s not available here in Malaysia but sadly most don’t ship to Malaysia. Maybe in the future it’ll be useful to me, I’ll keep this site in mind.
