Din Beramboi is a Malaysian celebrity. I’m not a huge fan of him but I’m quite shocked to hear what happened to him. I saw in Scha Al-Yahya’s facebook, a status update written by the admin that Din Beramboi is in critical condition and is currently in ICU and needed type O blood asap. He is reported to be infected with rat’s urine ‘s virus called “Leptospirosis” while shooting at the national zoo. The latest update says that he has the blood needed now, so it’s just a matter of time now to see whether he would respond to medication or not because his internal organ have stopped functioning and he’s bleeding internally, or so I’ve heard.

It’s a shocking story. How fragile life is.. how rat’s urine can even infect you thus shutting your system down. Well, even though I’m not a huge fan of him, I do pray that he’ll be in a stable condition and will get better soon. Amin.

Mom told me I need to get insurance when I’ve started working because anything can happen and here, no money no talk, even if you’re in critical condition. If you haven’t either, you can get your life insurance quotes online. Act fast, you never know when the time you’d be needing it will come.

Now back to assignment.

Owhh look, custom mugs! I want one for myself. Theseare plain and simple though, I want one that I can decorate.. or better yet those DIY mugs that you can color and draw yourself.. but I can’t draw shit to save my life. I like having a personalized mug so that I’d have a special mug for myself. I have no idea where to do the mugs here… I’m sure it’s somewhere but I don’t know where.

I just tried my Shimono juice extractor today for the first time. It’s awesome. I’m starting to think it’s a discontinued product because I can’t find it listed in the homepage but oh well, at least it’s half the price and it work wonders. Today is Sunday and what did I do? SLEEP. Gosh, I wasted my entire Sunday by sleeping.. but then again, I’m super tired. So sleep is good. I’m going to watch a movie now. Then do my assignment. I have a headache now because of too much sleep today.

Hehe. What I meant is I’m itching to edit a fanvideo. It’s been a long time since I last edited a music video. The thing is, I prefer the noob software rather than advanced editor. I remember when I told my lecturer, that I rather use a noob software than Adobe premiere pro.. why? Because I love how it doesn’t have to create peak file, that takes gigs of space (if you load a movie), it lags like shit if it isn’t a raw AVI file.. even though CS4 can load almost any files now, including direct VOB files..  Thing is, premiere gives more customization .. but it’s so frustrating to use, especially if you don’t have high end computer.

Urgh!

Oh yeah, today, I meant yesterday, was Earth Hour! Did you turn off the lights? I kinda did! Hehe.. well I went out shopping.. and I bought a SHIMONO Juice extractor..so didn’t wanna go home to a dark house so we turned on kitchen light… but that’s it. At least I turned off all other lights including my comp and laptop to support earth hour! Okay, well I’m going to rest now because I’m so tired. I’m going to spend tomorrow working on my assignment.

I’m trying to revive my dead food blog. I’ve been lazy. So now I’m gonna try to revive it and blog more at my Sinfully Delicious food blog.

My uncle came from Ipoh last Saturday so I’ve been going out taking him to places. Today especially was tiring. Got home at 10 pm, went out from 11 am. Let’s see, we went to his friend’s house, then went to Carrefour (a mall) that just opened in Kota Damansara which I never knew about and it’s sad because my college is like 5 minutes away. So after that went to my relative’s house in Gombak, which is like 30-40 minutes journey because luckily there was no traffic jam. Then back to my area and went to Tropicana City Mall. Phew.

You know, I have been reading newspapers and sites and it really saddens me to read about accidents and how people died from it. It scares the shit out of me. I mean, I’m into watching dead people’s photos because I’m curious and love reading about accidents because it’s interesting, and I’m a freak BUT it’s not a good feeling.. I mean it’s interesting but it’s a real thing, you read about someone who was alive then the next second, bam! Gone. It depresses me because it could happen to you or you family/relatives and it really, really, really scares me. I do drive like shit, meaning I do speed when there aren’t many cars around but sometimes accident happens when you don’t expect it.. and not even your fault. Like other cars could crash into you from the opposite lane, or crash at the back of your car.. you could lose control, etc

You could also die all of a sudden without even know whether you have a sickness or not. Urgh. Isn’t it weird that I love dead/spooky/dark/morbid stuff yet I can still fear the real thing too? By the way, I don’t have any health insurance. Everyone should have one (for example like this site NC health insurance). You never know when you’re gonna get sick.

Anyways, moving on.
I finally got my ‘Neostrata’ toner! I love this damn toner. It’s friggin expensive but I love this damn toner. Haha. And guess what? Just as expected, since I’m back on my acne medication, my period is fucked. I won’t gross you out with details of this dreaded woman’s curse though but yeah, hate it. I guess this is the bad side effect of beauty – well in my case, trying to look decent and not hideously ugly. Yes, sucks to be me.

I’m so fricken sleepy right now. I’m just gonna get ready for bed then fix my food blog a bit, then sleep. Goodnight.

As the title said, sex toys. I don’t usually write about this kind of topic because to me, Malaysians are very narrow minded. But after reading something, I’m appalled. Flabbergasted.

Majority, if not all, sex toy shops in Malaysia were being raid and forced to shut down. Now knowing Malaysians, later they’d still pop up again as long as there’s requests, just like pirated DVDs. My question is, WHY? Fucking WHY shutting down sex toy stores?

Almost everyday we hear about newborn babies being left to die & abandoned at some place. Why? Because these people are not sex educated well enough! Everytime I hear about dead newborn found in garbage dumps and stuff, I get angry. Furious. Do Malaysians know why??? Because we are being narrow minded! Mostly Islamic girls, from the rural areas mostly, who are not well educated in sex ed would do this kind of things.. I still remember in science class back in high school, when it’s time to learn about human anatomy, when someone mentions penis or vagina, you’d hear giggles. In our mind, these are taboo. Sex is taboo. The more you plant in their minds that sex is taboo, the more they’d become interested in it. Because it’s part of human’s mind that we would do what we’re not supposed to–drugs, crimes etc

Sex is a natural thing. Why make it sound like a taboo? Why not just give a good, thorough sex education and emphasize on protection instead of making it sound like it’s wrong? Come on, this is the 2010. There’s internet, there’s videos, etc No matter what, teenagers will still do it.. why? Because they’re curious! So by not properly educating them, the curiosity becomes an experiment, and from that becomes responsibility.

God Malaysia, why are you trying to run away from the problem? You shut down sex toy stores, but what would that do?? Most of sex toys cost RM200-500 here, do you think teenagers can afford them?? Heck, even I can’t afford a dildo and I’m 26 ffs. Most of the toys are bought by couples/working people/married people who want to add some spice to their relationship.. what’s wrong with that? Do you think immoral teenagers would use sex toys before doing the actual sex? Hah. Keep thinking that. Unless they’re loaded, sex toys would be the last thing they’d think about, if they ever do.  We’ve heard about wild sex party in Malaysia, since ages ago, when sex toys wasn’t even sold in Malaysia yet, so why are you guys saying this is the CAUSE of immorality?!

STOP being stupid & blind, Malaysia. The root of the problem is there. The root being Malaysian teenagers, especially those ‘kampung’ people from the rural areas are not properly educated in sex. God, have they not heard of condom?! Or at least pulling out before ejaculating?! Do they even know that sperms will turn into BABIES?! If they do, we wouldn’t hear about babies left abandoned EVERYDAY. This is the root problems – not sex toy that is not even within their spending range. Why shut down places that is not doing any harm? I’m sure in marriage, same type of sex would bore you hence the existence of sex toys to add some ‘spice’ and to encourage roleplay. Is that a bad thing? I don’t think so. It’s even healthy for the relationship, I reckon.

Beside, sex toys are for masturbation mostly. So if a person who wants to masturbate instead of having sex, why not? At least they won’t go on and rape girls, which is a serious thing in Malaysia. Let them use the toys or fucking blow up dolls instead of hunting for preys, rape them and then get the girl pregnant, and then the girl would throw away the newborn. Stop being blind. Gah, Malaysia pisses me off.

Urgh it pisses me off badly that people tend to think sex toy shops are the cause for immorality. We ban guns in Malaysia, but there’s still murders using knives and other stuff.. people improvise! You can’t pinpoint certain things to be the cause, when the actual cause is the mentality of the individual.

Stop playing blame game and start fixing.
Save innocent babies.

EDIT// Glad to say that there are people who is thinking like me.. they’re implementing sex education in school now. Great minds think alike :P Unlike some people who thought this idea is dumb and not important.. sheesh.

Okay, so since I’m a sucker for any fitness workout that involves fun dancing, I accidentally downloaded Zumba Live! one day and instantly fell in love. What’s best about it is that it involves latin dances, which has a lot of sexy hip movements.. and some african beats and somehow I love african beats. I have many, I do mean many workout DVD from hip hop to dirty dancing inspired workout to normal aerobics.. mostly anything with dance, I’d buy. However, nothing (except for my favorite hip hop DVD) that makes me so interested as Zumba. It’s so addicting.

Turns out there’s a set of DVD - Zumba 20 minutes basics, Zumba sculpt and tone, Zumba cardio party and Zumba Live! & flat abs.

In Malaysia, so far, I know only Celebrity Fitness has zumba class. Now I haven’t seen a zumba class in person, and based on a few minutes video I’ve seen on youtube (a class in Lot 10), it doesn’t have the charm that a zumba class should have. I think to get the real essence of zumba, you need latin music and LATIN DANCE. Sure there’s some hip hop and african beat moves in it, but the true zumba charm is the LATIN DANCES & MUSIC… like cumbia, raggaeton, salsa, merengue, etc. Without the latin dance and music, it loses the real fun factor of zumba and it becomes nothing but a normal aerobic dance. And that’s what I see in the video of a Malaysian zumba class.. any zumba class with English music is a turn off. Why not just stick to the original zumba music?? If you’re an instructor and a cheapskate, just fricken download it for your class. Why use English music? It’s NOT latin music and is a big turn off.

Zumba should be in Fitness First… I don’t know why Fitness First only have ‘serious’ type of classes.. none of which are the fun ones unlike Celebrity Fitness.. no hip hop, mtv dance, modern dance, not even pole dance … unfortunately I can’t afford 2 gym memberships so no dance workout classes for me ..heck I can’t even afford 1 gym T_T Well, I gotta start getting used to dancing again, I’m SOOOOOO out of shape right now it’s not even funny. I can’t even do 5 minutes of nonstop zumba.. it’s frustrating and depressing since I used to be a dancer and dancing hardcore dance for 5 hours nonstop was nothing to me before.. now I can’t even do 5 minutes nonstop workout without stopping for a breather. Pathetic.

I was browsing youtube yesterday. You know that shitmyx (our stupid slow poke internet ISP streamyx) has decided to throttle youtube??? Not only they throttle torrent before, now youtube? I mean come on, YOUTUBE? I didn’t even know that. I mean it was still okay in terms of loading time until couple of weeks ago youtube has become SO SLOW. Like a 1 minute video would take 5 minute to load. But yesterday I tweaked my setting and now the speed has improved a bit. There are a few sites that I can’t load now.. could it be.. they’ve blocked some sites?! Because I used to be able to load.. now it says server not found, but when I use a proxy, I could load it. FUCK SHITMYX. It has already a piece of shit, and they dare to be even more stinking piece of cow dung by implementing this? What the hell is ‘unlimited broadband’ supposed to mean then?

I have not been into JPOP for a long time. Yesterday I stumbled upon Arashi’s new single, “Troublemaker”.. saw their interview and performance in music station and instantly fell in love with the song! It’s so friggin catchy and fun.. and it has fun dance routine too.. of course, Arashi members haven’t aged a bit. Damn Japanese. So I watched their PV (music video) and I so love it! It has cute stop motion animation at the beginning which is something I so wanna do if I have a chance to make a video.. ! I thought it’s very creative. It has cute stop motion throughout the video.. Ahh Nino.. so friggin cute. I love how he pushes Ohno a lot in this.. Ohmiya SK Here’s the PV.. it’s so cute!

Okay, almost 10 am now.. gonna finish my breakfast and go to the gym.. I have to meet my trainer at 11 am.. gotta use up my remaining 2 free training session before it expires >.< They never told me about the expiration! Oh yeah, have you heard maxoderm? I was reading something and saw this word and I thought, hey it sounds like a skin care product.. because most of skin care products have ‘derm’ in it.. so I read what it is, and it turns out to be a topical med for men so they can have harder and longer lasting erection.. haha. But if you look at the website and see user’s comments, they’re hilarious.

Just a last quick blog for tonight. You know how I’m always in depression.. well most of the time that is. I found this site that has treatments for depression. It’s mostly those basic ingredients/vitamins in dietary supplement so I guess no harm compared to prozac or any other controlled medicine like that which I’ve heard don’t even work. Some antidepressants can make you have weird behavior.. and in the case of Columbine school shooting, they blamed Eric being on antidepressant that made him have such rage to do cruel things.

Speaking of Columbine school shooting, wow next month marks their 11 years ‘anniversary’.. wow has it been that long? I even forgot that last year was a decade ‘milestone’. To think I was so fricken obsessed with the whole Columbine thing before.. I better not start talking about it because I’ll get obsessed again and I can’t afford being obsessed again with school shooting stuff, especially Columbine. I go weird.

Today I was supposed to help my friend with something but plan changed so I went out at 9.30 am and went to the gym instead. It was my first time going to the gym and actually doing something since I registered. Last time I was just have an hour session with my trainer because I have 3 free session with trainer so it was just getting to know me and my body & strength. It was a Sunday so since I went early, there weren’t so many people until it gets near in the afternoon. Well, not bad for first time. Even though I only managed to burn 300+ calories, I did bike for almost 20 km and walked 5 km or so on the treadmill. Unfortunately because I was too focused on my legs and not yet my upper body, I’m currently having the worst cramps ever on both of my knees area haha.

Anyways. I finally got half of my starter pack.

I was supposed to get the bag and face towel along with water bottle and headphone but they still don’t have any stock on the headphone and water bottle.. since before Chinese New Year. So the girl advised me to take the bag and face towel first before it runs out so I did. I actually need the bad because I have no bag to put my stuff in when I go to the gym.

By the way, today my face is peeling so badly at areas that wasn’t burned with the laser and I have no idea why. The burned skin has peeled off so not so much of embarrassment of having burnt skin but the peeling skin.. urgh! It was so bad. I wonder if it was a reaction towards any medication? Or my cetaphil? Couldn’t be.. cetaphil is soft on skin, even though it stings a few times when I first washed my face with it. Hm. Looking at this exposed skin care, there’s a product called Pronexin. It sounds extremely interesting, and sounds like a good acne medication but obviously it’s not available here.. but the question is, is it really as good as it says?

My leg cramps are annoying me to the extreme. So I’m going to do something else now to get my mind of it.

I’m supposed to write about communion invitations, which is about this site that sells custom made communion invitations.. But since I’m a muslim so I really have no idea what to write except aren’t the invitations cute? lol. Well of course they have other invitations too such as parties, birthdays and more but since I don’t have that many friends, if I ever have the need to invite people to my party, SMS or calls will do lol Well except for my wedding of course, because that’s tradition o_O; The nicer the card, the better. Hehe.

I’ve written long blogs today.. wow. A big pat for myself on my back. This is what boredom will do to ya. I still have more blogs to write about and pictures to post.. my phone, this one campaign I went to, some other activities… let me take a breather first.
