As with previous blog, I thought I’d share another website. This is useful for those with joint problem. It’s called msm supplements. My mom could use this too but it’s probably not available in Malaysia. My mom has knee problems now, and it sucks because she can hardly walk up the stairs now or walk far at the malls so shopping with her would be a pain in the ass. Because of my stupid acne that came back due to graduation showcase stress couple of months ago, I am now left with scars. Stupid scars. No, nothing works. Not even over the counter medicine that I used to use, which is Differin.. I finally bought Cetaphil though 2 days ago, now I just need to hunt for Neostrata. However I’m fedup with all the expensive medications that don’t work. Do acne home remedy work?

I’m soooooo tempted to go back on accutane, or at least a similar one that works the same. So fucking tempted. But then again, when I think about it, I hate having the dry, chapped lips and fucked up menstrual cycle in order to have a zit-free face. I’m already worried that it has done some damage to me. Of course if you take it if you’re pregnant, your baby will be er.. deformed? Urgh.What if it can also do damage to stomach and at the time when you’re having a baby even if at that time you’re not taking it? And I think I’ve been having serious depression problem because of that medicine.

Urgh. Why. Why oh why do some people have to suffer with acne and acne scarring when some people can have flawless skin without even doing much? I hate them.

I wanted to write a blog for a contest but I missed the dateline because I was too busy so oh well. I’ve been missing a lot of topic that I want to write for a blog. Hmm. Okay. I wanna talk about gym.

Couple of weeks ago, I got a call from Fitness First gym nearby that they’re having a promotion. You see, I love FF because they give a starter pack which consist of a bag, towel, water bottle and headphone to be used in the gym.. they also give complimentary beverage so you can drink after a work out or if you just wanna chill and have a drink. They also give out DVD rental. But the thing is, the curve branch has turned platinum.. which means, it’s now an exclusive club and without platinum membership, you can’t get in.

Now, platinum membership. It’s expensive. It will burn my pocket hole. Only perk is that I can have access to all club, including the Curve branch. I like the Curve because it’s easier to park car compares to the one in Uptown which is closer. Uptown is like 5 minutes away, Curve is like 10 minutes. I’d have to pay almost RM700 for joining and RM215  monthly.

But then I got a call saying I can have the student price. I only have to pay RM285-ish and RM189 monthly or something. I guess I can’t pass this up because platinum membership at price of normal membership, that’s a good deal. However my friend has joined Celebrity Fitness recently because they had a Chinese New Year offer. RM400-ish. That’s the same amount I got  as student price before lol. Still a bit too expensive. However I can also get RM179 price monthly (student price) BUT I don’t have access to any other clubs other than the one in 1Utama. Urgh. The only reason I want there is because of the classes.  They have zumba, and they have a lot of interesting classes, including pole dancing.

Well I guess I’m happy with FF more.. now I just need to have motivation to go there. Well if only they have hot guys in bulky muscles.. full on testosterone boosters.. sweaty body.. lol. Anyways..! Moving on!

Have you heard of colon cleansing products? It’s good to cleanse your colon because that’s where majority of problems come from. I’ve blogged about colon cleansing before but have never tried it until last month where I bought one colon cleanse product. It’s like a local herb company with a famous doctor called Dr Azimuth who created the products. It’s a pain in the ass to drink that thing. This is how my daily routine used to be last month:

1. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of plain water and wait for 10 minutes
2. Drink a glass of ‘colonkleen’ and wait another 10 minutes
3. Drink a glass of ‘bioyouth’ and wait 10 minutes
4. Take a spoonful of ‘Gamatmaxx’ and wait 10 minutes (optional)

Only then I can take my breakfast. By the time I can eat, I’ve already wasted an hour trying to drink the yucky medicine and I’d be already way too bloated to eat anything. Urgh, why can’t all medicines be in one small pill and it’s like a miracle pill where it can cure every single sickness? Because my routine doesn’t end there. After breakfast I had to take 3 pills more – for my asthma, evening primrose, and vitamin E pill. FML.

I’m still in Ipoh until tomorrow morning (Wednesday) because I can’t skip my class this week because my assignment is due and tomorrow night I have Lose Big Programme launch. It’s a programme designed by The Biggest Loser Asia Blue Team’s trainer Dave Nuku that makes you lose weight in 13 weeks. It’s something like Biggest Loser except you won’t be on TV and probably have to pay a huge sum of money for the training. It’s catering those with BMI over 25 (which is overweight) or body fat over 35%. I’m a little bit lower than that, still within normal BMI but I still wanna join and tone my body if I can.. and within my budget. No one is hiring right now.. well those good jobs that is. I don’t mind part time job but not the one that requires energy because I want to lose weight in less than 3 months. I haven’t been searching for job but still it feels like I’m part of those fresh graduates that can’t get any employment. Broke and unemployed.

Anyways. I have a blog for a contest that I’m gonna write later so yeah. I’m so glad I got my BlackBerry Storm2 because at least I can still use it as a modem so I can still be online when my connection is fucked. The speed is slow as hell but at least I can still be online. Right now my house net is connected. I don’t get it… how can it stay disconnected for a long time, and get connected at certain time for a short while. Well I’m gonna go do my logo design now. Ciao.

Well I’m back in Ipoh now for a week.. going back on Wednesday next week, then at night I’m joining the Time To Lose Big programme launch.. hopefully can meet Dave Nuku!

Well just like last time, internet is still not working here in Ipoh when in KL it’s just fine so obviously the phone here is fucked up. I can’t call the phone company cuz we haven’t paid the phone bills in Ipoh cuz nobody lives here, and my internet account is KL’s account so they can only go to the registered address. BUT luckily my new phone allows tethering, so I can turn my phone into modem and still connect to the 3G network.. so I’m still fine Although I can’t be online 24/7 on comp or download anything big.

Yesterday I went to this furniture store called Cavenzi. They advertised cheap stuff (Chinese New Year) promotion on newspaper. I mean a 3 seater sofa cost R189-ish and the original price is like R999 or something.. that’s like huge difference. A nice tv stands cost Rm1xx… but turns out they charge almost RM200 for delivery, which is ridiculous because my house is just 5 minutes away! Even Ikea only cost RM60-ish for delivery… usually others would provide free of charge within certain amount of distance. Plus 2 weeks wait for the furniture.

Well I’ve always said, nothing good comes cheap, nothing cheap is good.

Speaking of cheap stuff, my DVD in Ipoh decided to fuck itself up and now it won’t read any DVD, original or pirated. FML. But then again, it’s expected from a china brand cheap player.

Raja Lawak 4 or roughly translated as ‘King of Comedy season 4′…

It’s a malaysian reality tv show where each week contestants would have to make a standup comedy in front of live audience for 2 minutes and the not-so-funny ones will be voted out. I thought season 1 and 2 were great and funny.. the best did win.. even though in season one Yus won (whom I did not find quite as funny) but we see now the runner up and the 3rd place winner, Zizan and Johan or Jozan being the popular ones… seasons 2 gave us the TRUE king of comedy, Nabil. Whenever I watch Nabil, I could not stop laughing. His jokes aren’t lame, and he never resort to toilet humor where those lame comedians thought jokes about dirty stuff such as fart or anything is funny.. IT’S NOT. It’s not only disgusting but it’s NOT FUNNY. The 3rd season gives us Sepah.. whom out ALL the contestants in season 3, they’re the only ones that’s funny. I still can’ get over how Amir got into the final and won 3rd place when week after week I feel like punching that retarded midget.

Season 4

Where should I start? Well there’s not much to say except the contestants aren’t funny at all, jokes are lame.. overall it has gone to the bottom of the hell. IT’S STUPID. It’s not funny. What the hell is this? It’s supposed to be a show in search of comedians but what do we get? They all are not fit to be a comedian. I repeat, THEY ARE NOT FUNNY AT ALL. Everytime I turn on the TV, I feel like either throwing my tv out the window or kill myself.

Judges

What. The. Eff.
Why did they change the judges? No, they’re not funny at all with their comments. I’m sorry, I’m a huge fan of Afdlin Shauki, Bob Lokman and Din Beramboi but er no.. with them, the show now feel as if it’s just a stupid show. Everything is a joke. It’s not serious. I so prefer the old judges, the veterans..veterans won’t tolerate toilet humor unlike new judges would. What I don’t think is funny, they think it’s hilarious. I don’t get it.

Seriously, stupid shows like this makes me have high blood pressure, pisses me off to no end… I’m just waiting for my blood vessels to burst from all the stupidity. There shouldn’t be a season 5 because it sucks unless they reorganize the show again and FIND FUNNY CONTESTANTS instead of stupid ones. Audience laugh because stupid Malaysians like toilet humor.. they have no sense of good humor. I mean come on, they all laugh and voted for Amir… he’s a good example of MENTAL RETARDATION. A disgrace to the comedy world.

So I’m testing this new application for my BlackBerry. It’s a wordpress application which makes it easier for me to post to my blog without loading my browser in my phone.

So anyways I’m just gonna go back and do nothing. Ciao.

I just realized I don’t write interesting blogs as I used to few years ago. Pathetic.

Anyways. I’ll write a long blog later but right now I’m just excited to say I have a new phone! Yes. I have finally bought a new phone. My Sony Ericsson z601 is still usable, and it’s used for my old number but yeah, now I have a new Blackberry Storm 2! It’s quite heavy though, not what I’m used to.. and I thought iPhones/iPods are heavy.. hehe. However I’m going to watch American Idol first so later.
