King of Pop

I”m still saddened by the news of Michael Jackson’s death. It shows how fragile life is. One minute you could be enjoying yourself and the next you could be dead and you would never expect it. But what’s even sadder with MJ is that even after his death, people still talk bad about him. That guy is dead, let him rest in peace, come on. I hear all this stupid shit like he’s not actually dead but planning a new identity, he now lives in Graceland with Elvis Presley (who people claim is not dead) etc. I’ve been watching some of his old stuff and it made me even sadder. He had a very hard life.

I’m very interested to know what will happen with his cute children. Poor kids an orphan at such young age. They do have a mother but she hasn’t been with them for ages so you can’t count that. Probably she will fight custody now because hey — “it’s MJ’s kids, I can make money out of them“. We’ll see. Surprisingly Billy Mays was found dead at the age of 50 too…just a day apart from MJ I think.. weird. RIP.

I’m going to get ready now to go to old workplace to get some stuff. When I was there, it was quiet and empty because one by one finished their internship, but now the other office is a chaos and almost everyone is always there now working part time.. they even watched Transformers 2 together last week.. I was never invited to join anyone for anything while I was there before. But then again I wouldn’t have time because of the workload but still.. I might go watch it tomorrow alone.. I have no one who likes Transformers to go with and those who do, have already seen it.

Since I’m going there, might as well eat Ayam Penyet (flattened chicken) because Ayam Penyet is just simply awesome. Oh and bubble tea. My favorite.

PS: I so need a part time job.

Goodbye, King of Pop

I woke up this morning, and usually the first thing I’ll do is check facebook. Suddenly I see all this status saying ‘RIP MJ’.. I was shocked so I went to yahoo news and saw the headline.. “MJ dies at 50″.. I just cannot express my shock. When something you totally don’t expect happening, it makes an impact on you. I mean MJ has always been my fave idol since I was a toddler. MJ is one of a kind – the type that people call as evergreen. His songs, no matter how old they are, will always be playing until years to come. You will NEVER get bored of it. You will also never get bored of his dance, and people still do the moonwalking. For an icon like MJ to die at the young age of 50 is just simply sad. It’s just like Elvis or even Malaysian’s legendary artist, P. Ramlee. They all die at young age. Yeah I am extremely sad, because I’m a HUGE fan of MJ. MJ has an impact in my life, and everyone’s lives.. I mean.. come on.. with other artists, I like then then I don’t.. but with him, I grew up listening to him. So yeah, a truly sad day.

Another artist that died yesterday is Farrah Fawcett. I knew her when I was obsessed with “Man of the House” starring Jonathan Taylor Thomas. She was really huge back then as one of the Charlie’s Angels and also so pretty. But she had been battling cancer so it’s not as shocking as MJ. See, I don’t hear much of her death, because those who didn’t grow up watching Charlie’s Angels would not even know her. Everyone has been saying about MJ, and none really mentioned Farrah except maybe a few.. sad, really. Shows that MJ had greater influence in everybody’s lives.

RIP MJ and FF.

On other completely different stuff… I’m surprised I managed to finish downloading Gypsy 83. I mean, there has been only 1 seeder! The download took a few days but yeah, glad I don’t have to order it from amazon because I’ve tried searching it here and I can’t find it. I have to give props to Sara Rue for her daring act of being topless in the movie.. No comment on Kett Turton, I’m just in heaven everytime I see him. I wish I could have someone like Clive (Kett Turton’s character) because he worships Gypsy (Sara) so he’s like this gay boy toy that you keep and drags around as your companion.

Guitar Hero on Tour Modern Hits for the DS is out. Awesome. I need new microsdhc card.

I went to college, got home at 3.30 pm but was called again for meeting so I rushed to college and as soon as I arrived they all left just like that, wtf. So basically I wasted my petrol and rushed to college for nothing. But at least they saw my face there so it’s okay.

Here’s something interesting. You can have your dna test and then you can find out your ancestors by matching up with your ancestry dna. It can be very interesting you know to find out who you could be connected to.. you never know. Alright, I’m gonna go rest while watching Gypsy 83 or play with my DS… I might fall asleep anyway. Ciao.

FUCK WMG

One day you shitbags will fucking die, I FUCKING HATE YOU WMG!

I cannot express how pissed I am now. Youtube has gone SHIT. Not only half of the total contents are only available for US people.. WMG’s muting videos with copyrighted songs in it is seriously pissing me off.. WTF. I was just watching Gypsy 83, after being all excited from seeing Kett Turton being this fucking hot Goth boy that I’d like to fuck .. seeing a hot boy on boy action yesterday, so tonight I wanted to watch it on Youtube only to find out part 5 and part 8 has been muted by stupid WMG. That’s just so retarded. It sucks even more that the movie is rare, so it’s really frustrating right now.

I’m gonna try and search dvd stores for the movie, because okay, apart from Kett being all hot Goth boy and minus the boy on boy action, it’s actually quite a good movie that can get you hooked once you start watching. I had a long presentation on Gothic subculture last Wednesday and this movie would’ve been a perfect example of a Gothic lifestyle.. bah. Oh well, if I can’t find the movie here, might as well import from Amazon.. whenever that is.

Anyways. Enough about that. I had an extremely long 2 weeks of my life, being all stressed out and rushing for deadlines and doing this and that. After this morning, I finally could take a breather and relax a bit. Tomorrow, back to stress and tension world. That’s life. For once, I actually didn’t have time to care about how emo I’ve been feeling. Surprising.

So okay, I found out this Doraemon yakyuu (baseball) game in my DS that I played for the first time today to be very fun and addictive. So I’m gonna go play that and then go to bed. Toodles.

Quickie

I will make this short as I’m pressed for time. I’m also so friggin tired. I can barely keep my eyes opened, and it’s only 12.30 am. Today was fun. We shot our music video a bit, which was interesting, bought muesli bars for $10 for 3 boxes with extra 3 bars, total awesomeness, then me and Claudia who was previously known as Skyler went to eat at KFC, we had a picnic outside of KFC with a cat, went location scouting, shot ad, I saw a dead cat (I WAS SO UPSET OK!!) and here I am all tired, and still have a shitload of editing and assignments to do still.

Tomorrow I have presentation for Media Studies that we were supposed to have presented last week but some fat arse presented longer than they were supposed to so we ran out of time. Quite nervous. Tomorrow’s evening me and Claudia have interview at KLPac for this stage director position. Oh we traded our portable consoles back today, so I have my DS again.. kinda miss playing LocoRoco on her PSP but I miss my DS.

You know, I’m so addicted to The Sims 3 right now but I have absolutely no time to play it? FML. It sucks donkey’s ass. But by next week the huge burden should be lifted as I’ll be done with Nextgen contest thing. I should have more time for myself. I think. I hope.

Okay, gonna go. Loads to do.

PS: My tv is making weird noises. I have a feeling sooner or later it will die, and I will be pissed as fuck.

The Sims 3

I was told that when loading this blog, there’s a warning about malicious malware. Strange thing is that I don’t get any warning when using firefox, but I do get it for like a split second when I use google chrome. Anyways.

I don’t know what to blog about. Been busy the whole week. I came back from Ipoh on Tuesday. Rushed from Ipoh at 7 am and I drove at 140 kmph, and I have never driven that fast before. I managed to reach KL exactly at 8.30 am. Awesomeness.

I wanna move. If I want to move to San Francisco, I already know what moving companies San Francisco that I could choose.

We managed to shoot half of our planned music video. It has been fun so far.

I finished downloading THE SIMS 3. I’ve been waiting for it for ages. It is the awesomeness. Took me almost a week to download the 5.5 GB file. It’s completely different from The Sims 2. Much better graphic too. The people is not cartoonish looking anymore, they actually look nice. The neighborhood is nicer, good thing is that NO MORE LOADING SCREEN. So that means when your Sim go to work, you can actually follow, but you can’t see them working though. You can go anywhere in the neighborhood including visiting other Sim without the loading screen all the time.

The buttons/menu is totally different from the previous game. More nicer. I’m still trying to get used to things in The Sims 3. So far I just killed my Sim after less than an hour of gameplay due to electrical shock. The game lags a bit because it’s quite heavy since the whole neighborhood is active at the same time. Also, you can customize almost everything in the Sims. It’s awesome.

However, The Sims 3 only comes with one neighborhood. There’s a free neighborhood that you can download for free but since mine is illegal copy, I can’t download anything which requires legal copy and sim points so no extra stuff. Well okay, off to exploring The Sims 3 while doing my work at the same time. Ciao.
