Sad

I just had a long talk with H… and we decided to officially ‘end’ it.. as in our relationship… because if it hasn’t been obvious, he’s been trying to get me back but there has been some things that acts as barriers, so I could not accept him back. But since he kept pressuring me, I had to tell him the truth and well, we both decided it can’t work out, no more hoping, no more wishing… we’ve decided to remain just friends.

No one to pamper me anymore like I am the queen. Not gonna deny that I feel so depressed right now it’s not funny. But that being said, any millionaire want to take me? Need more diet pills now.. Curse the next girl who will be getting luxury treatment from H.. and it ain’t me..ARGH.. this kills me. What if I end up solo and not married by the time I’m 30? OMG kill me before that happens!

H won a 32 inch plasma TV at a lucky draw in cybercafe few days ago, a big effing WTF. Why can’t I win a TV?? If it wasn’t for his evil parents, I’D BE GETTING THAT FUCKING TV…I’ll somehow make him give it to me.. Fuck.

Ok I’m gonna go sulk now. So emo right now.

The Wizard (1989)

I just finished watching THE WIZARD.

Overall, it’s not a bad movie at all, very entertaining in fact, minus bad 80s acting and clothes. The only thing is that, there’s not much of ‘gaming’ involved, when the point of the movie is to get the kids to the Video Armageddon competition to win the prize money of $50k. Since Nintendo sponsored this, they could’ve at least showed more bad-ass l33t gaming skillz. The powerglove part was extremely amusing, especially because last night I watched AVGN’s review on the powerglove, so amusing.

Luke Edwards was soooo adorable XD I used to love him when I was like in middle school, during my time when I was a teenybopper, obsessed fangirlish… anyways yeah, Luke didn’t say much in the movie .. his line was just “Caliifffoorrniiaaa” as imitated by Nostalgia Critic, lol, and couple more words. Christian Slater was so hot in the movie… I was never a fangirl of him, but I still think he’s hot.. And Fred Savage.. I always think he acts too mature for his age, like in The Wonder Years, and Vice Versa (where he switch body with his dad). Everything else that Nostalgia Critic said was true lol… so no need for me to comment…

Haha, it’s none other than TOBEY MAGUIRE, Mr Spiderman/Peter Parker himself. Haha, he was soooo adorable! Too bad that scene in the screenshot is the ONLY scene he was in, and for like few seconds. He didn’t even have any line, he just stood there looking cute.

Now I feel like playing Super Mario Bros 3… hm do I have that game rom?

Ok, now I’m gonna do …something. I finished downloading DISASTER MOVIE, I’ll watch it later despite all the bad reviews..spoof movie are all extremely terrible, yet I can’t stop watching them *shrugs*. The only good one was Scary Movie. I”m downloading ROBOCOP 2… I miss that movie.. one of the movies I was obsessed with when I was 11 because of Gabriel Damon (the badass kid in that movie). If not because of him, I wouldn’t touch the movie at all lol. But not denying, they did have interesting storyline and Kane, the badass drug dealer turned robot makes a good villain.

Ok I’m gonna watch America’s Next Top Model now.. I don’t get it..why did they show cycle 11 before cycle 10? That’s like screwed up o.O

This is just a quickie post..

I have barely slept last night.. well maybe like an hour or so..or less. I’ve been addicted to watching youtube. You see,  there’s this guy called James Rolfe or better known as “Angry Video Game/Nintendo Nerd (AVGN)” and if you’re into Nintendo or old school game consoles, you’ve prolly heard of him. I haven’t watched his stuff for a while so I decided to watch his stuff last night.. and then I found out this guy, a movie critic, much like AVGN, called Nostagia Critic.. and he has this ‘feud’ with AVGN.. which later I found out it was all just a set up and they’re both are actually good friends.. but it was so hilarious. So I’ve been watching both of their stuff whole night long..

The thing that started their ‘feud’ is because of this movie “The Wizard“. Nostalgia Critic was gonna review it first, then AVGN wanted to do the same at the same time.. yada yada.. so I watched NC’s critic on the movie. You see I”ve never heard of the movie, but based on NC’s hilarious critic on it, it caught my interest.. it has Fred Savage (from The Wonder Years), Christian Slater (omg he’s absolutely young and hot in this movie) and very, very young Luke Edwards (I thought he looked familiar). Storyline? It’s about a Nintendo game competition! Not the best story though…

But I decided to download anyway. It’s a 1989 movie, I was 5 years old! lol. Anyways, I’m always not so fond of torrent.. as it’s too slow for me.. if I”m lucky, I’d get 30 kbps speed which is extremely rare.. but usually it’s just less than 10 kbps.. but guess what? The Wizard was downloading at 100 kbps-ish! A big effing WTF! Seriously?? How the hell it can go up that fast?? So now I’m gonna go watch the movie.. if you’re interested, here’s Nostalgia Critic’s clip about the movie, The Wizard.. trust me, it’s hilarious.



Oh look, I found a site that sells candle holders.. they have like all kind of really nice candle holders like Votive candle holders, Pillar, taper..etc.. really nice! I bought one tealight candle holder and mom used it as a glass, lol

Internship Problem Solved, I think

Everything is settled. My lecturer has signed the internship agreement form, and there has been no problem, and I’ve officially switched company XD I was afraid that my lecturer was gonna have confidentiality problem, cuz we have to write our daily journal on stuff that we do, and you know how some movie production they keep some techniques a secret lol So next week I’ll start working at my new place.. hopefully it’ll turn out ok.. and turns out exactly as my interviewer told me, NO PARKING FEE. I haven’t see the other place yet, so can’t say much. I’ll start next Wednesday as Monday and Tuesday are Chinese New Year holiday… blah, damn you Skyler, you guys have ONE WEEK holiday! >.< (Oh happy CNY to you! :P) She and Ka Mun saw me going out of college today, I was surprised they were still there cuz I am sure I spent quite a while drinking my can of 100 Plus (isotonic drink) at the college’s mini mart to ease my pleghm-blocked airways.

I’m not fond of working late or odd hours and on SATURDAY :( Oh well.

However, the person from my old company didn’t even reply my email… pfft. It’s like they don’t give a shit about it, but I’m forced to do it, as it’s part of my college’s procedure :\ I feel retarded doing everything I was told to do, cuz like I said, they don’t give a shit, they probably hate me now too, but what can I dooooo….. I was forced toooo…..

After I went to college, I went to an electrical store cuz mom wanted to ask about washing machine. The guy was putting on Bride of Chucky on for the display tv.. so I was like so into it, cuz I haven’t watched only that part, and suddenly later he was like “Oh you can borrow the DVD if you want :D ” and I was like “WOT! Seriously?” amd so I did :D It’s like 3 movies in one (Bride & Seed of Chucky and Hellraiser) but you know, pirated dvd, so a pain to watch cuz it hangs a lot but….

I’ve finally watched Bride of Chucky! It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.. it’s actually amusing.. only thing is that, I thought Child’s Play was scary, Child’s Play 2 was ‘quite’ scary, Child’s Play 3 was boring and dull, and I watched it only because of Justin Whalin (at that time I was a fan of him in the Superman series!) and I’ve watched Seed of Chucky and thought it was way too retarded… and just sucks.. quite unbearable to watch, really. Only thing about Bride of Chucky that disturbed me was DOLL SEX.. it’s like watching midget porn.. and the whole movie, with Chucky and Tiff fighting, like I was watching midgets fighting… it’s like weeeeeeird. And one thing I don’t get is that, since when Chucky needs an amulet to transfer his soul to a human body?? If the amulet is buried with his body, why has he never mentioned it in the first 3 movies? Geez.

Oh I’ve also emailed H’s twin sis and seriously gave her my piece of thought, and yesterday H was like frantically trying to reach me asking “WHAT THE HELL DID YOU SAY TO MY SIS?!?!?!” and I thought it was something bad, turned out I actually helped her… ALOT… so he was extremely surprised… heh.. I should be taking psychology instead :P But yeah, glad that she has recovered faster than I thought… even though she, too, didn’t reply my long-ass email …

WHAT’S UP WITH YOU PEOPLE… YOU SHOULD BE REPLYING TO EMAILS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM! Common courtesy, c’mon……….

Hmm I need lots of new clothes for work.. I can’t wear shirt.. I’m too fat for nicer clothes gah. It’s easier when you’re kids, you’re thin, no boobs, all clothes fit! And they have nice brands too like catimini, Kiki Lala, etc etc lol

Internship Interview

So I went for the interview today. I was still very sick. I went to college first, cuz I need to take new internship agreement form. Then I went to the place in Sunway… never let me drive when I’m still sick, I missed a turn and somehow I was so blur, that I took a stupid decision to turn left to the road while SPEEDING, which caused my car to skid, nearly crashing to the wall, only stopping few inches from it. WTF WAS I THINKING? My mom was so traumatized lol. I now know how those accident victims felt before their car crash, you really can’t control the car. God forbid, never again.

Anyways, the place surprised me. It’s actually a company IN a house, not an office unlike my previous company. I was being interviewed by a guy, lol, and since I brought my laptop, I showed him some of my works.. I showed him some of my old fanvideos but I’m not sure if they impressed him or not, cuz right now I keep having thoughts that I could have shown a better video than the ones I showed lol. But anyways, at the end, he said he has no problem XD I could actually start today, and follow them to a place where they make costume for movies, and later evening to a meeting, where I could sorta promote self which are very rare opportunities but unfortunately I’m still sick, so I could not go.

One thing I like about the place is that, it’s actually an office in a house, in housing area, which means NO FUCKING PARKING FEES. Omg. That’s like the best thing ever, I swear. I had to pay RM5 for my previous company everyday so RM5 x 5 days = RM25, and RM25 x 4 weeks = RM100 a month! And that’s not including lunch, and car petrol… at this new place, food is given lol. I only have to worry on petrol now. So I could save a lot more of my allowance money :D Plus they give bonus if I do good :) Which my old place doesn’t have. But seriously, no parking fees, omg.. so happy about that. No worries on summon tickets, no worries on having bazillion 50 cent coins for parking meter…no worries on parking space…. not sure about bathroom vanities though lol.

Oh while waiting after interview, I met with this guy who was there for interview too, as PR Manager or something.. he was extremely nice.

I went to college after that. I HATE, HATE, HATE the parking space at college now.. this old fucking guard treated me as if I’m stupid when I”VE BEEN THERE WAY BEFORE HE WAS, SINCE THE PLACE HAS JUST LAUNCHED, SINCE THE PLACE WAS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION SO GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK! I KNOW EVERYTHING THERE IS ON THE COLLEGE! MMKAY?? Absolutely no fucking space at the basement, and outside, and little space at the back near MPH hall… what if those are full in the future, where to park? HUH? HUHHHH?? Glad I’ll be out of the place soon, gah!

Anyways, had quite a long talk with my lecturer. I was actually scared she would scold me again lol cuz I tend to fuck things up, but at the end, she was all nice and happy so PHEW *wipes sweat*. But I did have to email my old company and thank them and stuff.. and it took me FOREVER just to gather words for the letter. I hope my lecturer is not mad about how late i sent the letter out.

I was also so happy I bumped into Adura, Joe and Brian at college :)

So yeah, my problem was solved easily :) And I’ll be working at a production company now as video editor, but I might have to deal with some animation stuff too as there’s 2 companies combined (one being post production and one being animation). Only thing I like about old company is fixed working hours, so now I have long and odd working hours when I’m needed. Oh well. You gain some, you lose some. I can’t be completely happy yet though, as my internship agreement form still hasn’t been signed by my lecturer, so things can still fuck up. I”m just still worried about some confidentiality issue, which I’ll explain later. Please don’t let that screw up my chance >.> I have no more backup company if I don’t get this one…

I won’t start my work tomorrow yet, as I’m still sick. Probably start after Chinese New Year, get myself to fully heal first. Now, if only real job is easy to get as internship…. :\

PS: I emailed H’s twin sister, and it doesn’t sound good at all in her reply :( Omg she did not deserve all of this suffering…
