I had 2 very long days, extremely exhausting and tiring. I wanted to blog about them and post pictures but I’ve been too tired.. also, I’m still in the process of downloading and reinstalling programs that I used to have so I can’t resize pictures and stuff.

So anyways, tomorrow I”ll be gone to camp for 3 days. I’m kinda not looking forward to it, yet I wanna go cuz I wanna get away from my life here at the moment. My uncle came today so he’ll be sending me to college and picking me up. I have to be at college tomorrow by 8.30 am. Bleh. I won’t be bringing my DS Lite so it’s gonna be boooring. I won’t be doing physical activities either. So Skyler, YOU ARE SO GOING so we can be losers together :D

I doubt I”m gonna have a good time but wtf. Oh well. Be back in 3 days.

When I get back today I’ll reply to old comments, and write new blog. I was too tired to do so last night. I had a very long day which I’m gonna blog later tonight, hopefully.

I reformatted my lappy back to the factory setting! :( Lost about 80GB stuff..  but I’ve backed up most important files though so it’s okay. I tried backing up to D using the Acer e-recovery and it took 18 hours but got stuck at 97%..bleh. Now my C: drive is clean and my laptop is back to the way it originally was after being shipped out of the factory. You know what..? When it arrived at the computer store in Ipoh, of course the technicians would install important softwares right? So they installed Adobe CS2 stuff.. I wanted Adobe CS3 version.. then they said CS3 couldn’t be installed on Vista so that’s why they installed CS2.. I went back, tried to install it and they were right.. I couldn’t. However I tried today right after I reformatted it, but it worked O.o So they were lying! I had to tweak the registry which probably the cause for the control panel and network and share centre to crash. Ah, but it’s all good now.. I don’t have crappy softwares anymore or junks. I love Acer e-recovery thing.  But gonna be a pain in the ass to install some important applications back again.

My control panel and Network and Sharing Center are working again, and not crashing! Finally…after almost a year…

I have to remember to go buy Adobe CS4 stuff. I’m gonna go rest now cuz I have another long day today. Good day.

I got my laptop back!

That was fast. It was fixed within 24 hours. I got the call yesterday evening (but only heard it through voicemail last night). Even though it’s just replacing DVD-rom and that’s it, but still it’s fast. I remember this comp (my main comp) took 2 1/2 months just to replace the fucking graphic card that’s still under warranty. However they didn’t fix my Control Panel and Network folders which crashes everytime I try to open it, so I’ve burned the factory default setting disc and driver and application disc and currently doing the whole system backup image and then I’m gonna reformat the C drive, going back to the factory default setting.

I just realized something……..why the hell did I torture myself being without a dvd drive for roughly 5 months plus when I could’ve gotten it fixed within 24 hours? Man I’m such a fucking idiot…. Oh maybe because the stupid people in Ipoh where I bought the laptop at told me it’ll take 2 weeks… blah.

Getting the laptop was a fucking pain in the arse though! I was too lazy to go in the morning, and when we finally left, it was 4 pm - BAD IDEA! Obviously KL city would become the mother of all traffic jam hell. It wasn’t THAT bad though and managed to get to Times Square in about half an hour after being stuck in the jam. I hate Imbi road which is unfortunately connected to Star Hill road, the main traffic jam hell area. Then we went to eat first, then we went to pick up my laptop. Argh. You know what? They only have 2 guys to handle the customer, and get this.. there was roughly 5-10 customers.. not many right? But imagine each one of them takes at least 20-30 minutes to explain what’s happening to their laptop/monitor etc, then for the acer people to open up the system and checks etc… argh. I had to wait for so long just to pick up my laptop, and I didn’t bring my Nintendo DS argh. They should’ve opened more counters. Then mom and I went to Cold Storage.. lots of chocolates for christmas… too expensive though cuz they’re all imported :(

The journey back was the most painful. Extreme traffic jam.. and I was way too sleepy, I even drove OVER a divider/road partition cuz I couldn’t see, wtf. Took us like over an hour to reach home, bleh. Then had to go through ‘people jam’, as there were like more than 20-30 people trying to squeeze in for the 2 elevators which can only hold 11 people each. Arrrrrrrrrgh how come this apartment is overloaded with IMMIGRANTS arghhhhhhhhhhhh. Go back to your own country damn it. You have absolutely no idea how many of them here and how they behave until you see it yourself, then you’ll be pulling your hair in uber frustration like I am.

I’m going to go to college today to watch the performance rehearsal thingy for the showcase or something cuz I don’t have anything else better to do. Tomorrow is the showcase. Oh and Monday, I will go to SEGi’s Leadership Camp for 3 days 2 nights. Didn’t wanna join but they said it’s included in the fees so might as well make use of it… plus I wanna go so I can take a break from my life here… sorta like a short vacation thing since I can’t afford to go anywhere else. Not bringing any Nintendo DS, MP3 players or anything like that though.. I’m scared they will be lost.. I’ll try to take pictures though.

After I’m back from camp, I’ll be going back to Ipoh.

Ok, going to play with my Nintendo DS now, let my laptop backup the system and later go to college.

Yesterday I was bored and sleepy so to avoid falling asleep during the day again and fuck my sleeping pattern, I decided to watch 2 movies.

28 DAYS LATER

Surprisingly enough, I haven’t watched this movie. It was on cable lots of times before, but I just turned it on, and didn’t watch it. So yesterday I decided to watch it. I’m more into kicking zombies ass action movies but this movie wasn’t bad.. not much of the infected and after they all got to the military base area, it was slow and started to get boring. However, great to see Christopher Eccleston in it! My fave 9th ‘doctor’ after David Tennant XD

COLLEGE

Then after watching 28 days later, I decided to watch COLLEGE, just because Drake Bell is in it (he’s hot ‘mmmkay?) It’s a typical college movie… 3 losers want to change themselves, have fun, get drunk and get laid decided to spend the weekend at a college as ‘potential freshmen’ but they decided to stay at the frat house instead and as usual, frat boys are arseholes, right? So the losers get bullied and all…

Weird to see Drake in a college-type movie with nudity, booze and foul language cuz he was a Nickelodeon star so he has that Nick’s good teenage boy look.. you know, like Disney kid.. good kid type of image.. but then again, who am I to question? Jamie Lynn Spears was the star in Nick, and she got herself knocked up and with a baby at 17. Lol. Horny slut. Just like her big sister.

But anyways, the movie turned out okay. Typical and still watchable unlike other lame college movie with bad toilet humor. Now I’m gonna watch ZOMBIES! ZOMBIES! ZOMBIES!… which is so lame and shit but I’m gonna watch it anyway.

I miss my laptop already.

I sent my laptop to times square today. I decided not to go to the headquarter because

1) I don’t know the way and I’ll get lost
2) Still far, same as times square
3) Subang Jaya is the ‘grandpa’ of hellish traffic jams

So I decided to go to times square, I know the way there by heart and it’s easier. I spent whole morning backing up my important stuff, and my external hard drive is full now. Now just hope that my external drive don’t die on me, god forbid. I think I’ve backed up almost everything that’s important….

So i went there, went up to 9th floor, and took  a number.. each person takes quite a while with their problem x.x Finally when it was my turn, I got this malay guy, and I began explaining my problem. Luckily I’m still under warranty until next month but I asked about extending warranty for extra 2 years, and I’d need RM298 for it.. I’m still considering it. Where to dig up money though…hmm

That guy opened the bottom of my laptop and I see my fan is sorta discolored.. I guess it’s from the heat. The guy said I should turn on laptop for maximum 5 hours and then shut it off and I was like whaaaaa’? I didn’t know that! I usually turn it on for DAYS..no wait, I never turn it off..maybe like once in a week or so… ack. I’m shocked my laptop have not died yet because of that, thank god.

So my laptop will be ready in 3 - 5 days, hmm sooner than expected.. latest would be next week. I hope not next week. Too long. Hope not like my main comp, where it took them 2 fucking month, wtf. After that mom and I just walked and walked in the mall.. hate walking in a huge mall wearing heels lol. We got Viena Bagels and I think mom and I finished half of the plates they put out for testing haha.. damn the bagels are SO DAMN GOOD. Better than Dunkin Donuts or Big Apple but quite expensive..but hey, H told me to spend his money on food and I did :P

Then we had subway sandwich..finally :D! Been so long. I need to do something now.. I hate sitting in this chair, blah. I miss surfing the web lying down on the bed…

PS: I just paid my domain registration (not hosting), and I had forgotten that I have USD$10 in my hosting account left..which is the balance from some amount Aaron gave me long ago.. yay I didn’t have to spend my money ^^ lol.

This one week sucked. I spent doing nothing but sleep during the daytime and awake during the night.

I’ve done nothing to lose my weight. I haven’t even cleaned my room as planned. But mostly weight loss. I don’t want to go back to Ipoh and H see me as super fat after 10 months, lol. I’ve never been this fat when I was around him before or his cousin. Talked to his cousin B on the phone few days ago.. it’s been a while.. he sounded all grown up! lol. No money to get diet pill, plus not even sure if it’ll work. Speaking of money, H called me earlier confirming that RM50 will be sent to me tomorrow, yay. Another DotA tournament that is.. hehe. Not much though but it helps. I feel bad cuz I just found out how much he has to spend investing on his new tuition centre every month, and how tight he is on money, but yet he still wanted to send me some to help, if he has extra that is.

I have to send my laptop for repair tomorrow, so tonight I have to backup all my stuff. Not sure where to put 200GB worth of stuff…. H was suggesting external HD, he even offered to help with some of the money, but he didn’t know they’re damn expensive. If only I have RM500-RM600 right now, I’d get 1TB external hard drive… I want one badly.

Okay, gotta back up my laptop now. I hope it’ll be fixed before I have to go back to Ipoh. I’m gonna miss my laptop :( But it’s better to get this damn DVD drive fixed before the warranty expires… wait, I think it still has warranty… it better!

Well I”m back to being broke.

On Thursday, I decided to go out instead of sleeping for the whole day. I wasn’t feeling well that day, felt like I wanted to puke. Maybe it was because I was playing GUITAR ROCK TOUR on DS for like more than 4 hours nonstop (until I beat the medium mode) so I felt sick. So for lunch, I decided to treat mom to Oldtown White Coffee with the money H gave me. Then I decided to go to Midvalley Megamall to look for stuff… even though I was sleepy as hell.

So in midvalley, I bought a crystal casing (with mario printed on it, fake one though x.x) and a mario touch pen so my fingers won’t be in pain after holding the stylus for a long time. Then I bought some drinks, new earphone for my DS, plus petrol money -wham! RM100 bucks gone in just a day x.x

Now I need money to buy clothes and shoes… blah.

Oh I met my friend in midvalley :D She was in the drama club and we performed for the prom nite last year XD She graduated and was working part time there, and will begin her full time job this Monday I think.. mehhh…. :D

I really gotta fix my sleeping pattern!

I’ve been sleeping whole day, and awake all night.

So that ruins my plan to go shopping. Anyways. I’ve been so addicted to music/rhythm game on the Nintendo DS Lite. I’m so tempted to buy the guitar grip so I can play Guitar Hero… but I’m scared I’d be ruining the touch screen.. it’s already on heavy pressure from me playing Taiko no Tatsujin. I tried Alvin & the chipmunk game and the hard level is soooo easy.. the graphic kinda sucks…the touch recognition isn’t so good..Oh I love Rhythm Tengoku Gold, it’s so random like WarioWare: Touched!

I’m so craving for lots of fattening foods right now. I don’t know… my fingers are itching to spend the money H gave me and splurge it on FOOOOOOOOD. I better not sleep during the day again today so I can go out and get some food lol Oh and survey the price for a new casing for my DS. And a new earphone.

Oh I better remember to pay for my domain before it expires on the 18th.

Okay going to watch TRAILER PARK BOYS: THE MOVIE now and try to enjoy it…it’s kinda not funny because they censored it.

While I was doing research for my extra credit work on Evil Dead, I was reading wikipedia and I found out about this Finnish band called LORDI who made a music video tribute to Evil Dead… so I decided to youtube it.

I’m currently so obsessed with the music video and song like you have no idea. Is it abnormal to be turned on majorly by it? I mean.. the guy in the video with the camera is hot (to me), and him dying, then turning into a possessed deadite is such a turn on.. plus the song, the music.. damnit.. oh did I mention LORDI themselves are also monsters? Of course, the Evil Dead setting is plus plus plus.
