Hot Weather

It’s been very hot lately in Malaysia. I think it rained JUST A LITTLE bit few days ago but that’s it… then it’s been extremely hot weather every single day… so very sunny outside. I hate hot weather because I can’t stand heat. I get pimple breakouts, my skin darkens easily (as if I’m not dark-skin already), my face gets oily and my body and skin gets dehydrated…oh my hair gets itchy too. Thank god for aircond.

Also lately, my house has been insanely infested by little cockroaches… now it’s infesting my room and it’s driving me mad because I hate cockroaches… They’re everywhere. I so want my own house. Don’t want to live in this garbage dump already. I want my own house with nice clean kitchen and no cockroaches.. nice furnitures… nice lamps and chandeliers and decorations… and nice place for me and my kitties. :( When oh when will that day comes?

Testing Deepest Sender

I just installed this plugin called Deepest Sender so I can blog from my browser without actually having to go to my site, log in, go to wordpress interface, typing and submitting the blog. This would make quick blogging to my site easier.

So I’m just testing it. If this appears, cool it worked!

Yes it worked, cool. When I’m currently depressed.. blah. So I don’t feel like blogging much. I also need to get some acne solutions fast because I hate getting breakouts from all the stress, and depression and especially from the lack of sleep since I feel restless nowadays. Blah. Monday is public holiday so this week I had 5 days off, great. Well I’m gonna go lay down and well…do something. Hopefully I’ll feel better when I wake up. I have to sleep on the floor tonight cuz my cat peed on the bed…great.

Fatigue

I’m so tired and so sleepy right now. I don’t know why but lately I feel like I don’t have any energy in me. Maybe I need some energy boosters or vitamins lol. I’m not much of a vitamin person. I’d get excited to eat vitamins but I’ll stop in few days. Maybe it’s because I’m not the type to eat breakfast. I do eat breakfast when I can, but it’s like ‘optional’. Actually, breakfast is the most important meal of the day to get your day started. I”m craving for McDonald’s pancakes right now, not sure why lol. I need to find vitamins soon.

I’m so sleepy now, my vision is half blurry, I can barely see what I”m typing, I might need magnifiers to magnifies the words lol. Make them bigger cuz I am using my laptop so the font is a little bit small. Speaking of computer, my computer is back now, finally! Did I mention that already? I can’t remember. But yeah… I miss it. I need to start backing up stuff in it… and in laptop too. I’ve been having the graphic card problem for ages, so now I’m a little paranoid that any minute, my screen would start flickering and system crashes lol. Everytime I play SL, I’m expecting the usual flickering. I’m still annoyed the bottom of the pc is fucked. Fucking computer technicians screwing up my pc. I shouldn’t have let them take the whole system away. SHould have just let them take the graphic card only. I’ve been making bad decisions lately. I’m stupid.

Well enough random rambling for today. I’ll blog more tomorrow. I need to get some shut eye. Goodnight.

Webhosting

When it comes to webhosting, I’ve had quite a few problems with them. I used to be hosted at this webhosting called ENDORE but they went bankrupt and took my website with them without telling us in advance so I lost everything. I had some backups but it was useless.

Now I’m hosted at Dreamhost. I’ve been hosted there for ages…I’ve never had problems before but starting this year, they’ve been fucking up too much. First they did a mistake and billed everyone when they are not supposed to…some went up to $10,000…then the server crashes and stuff like that…been happening a lot this year. So if you’re looking for a webhost, you need to find those review or rating site. My mistake is that I didn’t do it at first, or else I would know which host is the best in the market currently.

There’s a new useful web hosting rating site that tells you which host is the best. But what’s really best about this site is the article section. If you’re totally newbie in webhosting related stuff, if you’re getting your first domain and you don’t know what you’re looking for, this site is extremely useful. They have articles explaining what to look for when finding host.. tips for finding a good host and most. They also have articles on control panels, cpanel tutorials, dedicated servers, shared hosting, and many more. If you go to the main page, they listed that bluehost is the best hosting provider. Actually all of the web hosting review sites listed bluehost as their top choice. I think next year I’m changing to bluehost. I’ve had enough of dreamhost crap. They’re getting more and more unreliable by the minute.

So yeah, in conclusion, if you need information and tutorials on web hosting provider, do check out that site. It’s very useful. It’s best to read reviews and articles first before buying the hosting plan if you’re completely a newbie and clueless hehe. It really helps.

College Open Day (May)

Meant to blog about this few days ago but I got busy. So last weekend, I sacrificed my weekend and my last 2 days of holiday to work and become student helper during the open day. I came back from Ipoh on Friday morning. So as usual at 9 am I came to college. I was stationed at the lucky draw counter so yeahhh. There weren’t many people.. and Rashman and Farah who were supposed to be at the lucky draw didn’t show up. So I was all alone :( I brought my laptop but there was no power point so the battery would run out in 2 hours anyway.

I was bored the whole time UNTIL Helmi came. He said he wasn’t coming.. he hung out at my table and got all interested in the lucky draw lol. He was supposed to be tour guide. Haha, to my left said was the UMobile (new cellphone line) table and my right side was the Glitz & Glam accessories.. and the guy was super funny! They were all funny actually.. everyone would come to my table to try the lucky draw lol. So I wasn’t completely bored cuz I had people keep coming to my place to disturb hehehehe. And I had free lunch (beef steak) so it was good. So first day was quite amusing, boring but amusing because of the people that keep disturbing me lol.

Second day was even slower.. Helmi changed to my statioin so I had someone for a bit. Again, all the people were amusing me.. I nearly got in trouble because there was this Indian kid, who keep coming to do the lucky draw, wtf. Then he came with his family.. then with his brother.. I nearly wanted to punch that kid. They won like 4 vono mug bags… then the last draw, they won the handphone! But I was too suspicious so I called Mr kenny, and turns out they were cheating .. >.< I was supposed to be aware.. I was :( I was too scared to say something though.. I never thought anybody would actually cheat. Last time, when I was stationed at the registration counter, I only gave one passport to the ‘potential student’, and they have to fill in the details and then get the stamp from me… how was I supposed to know it’s different now??? How was I supposed to know the kid could get the passport on the table?? Then what were the registration counter people doing? O.o

But haha, they had to re-draw the ball again and got the cleaning cloth instead. Oh I would so hate myself if they could win the phone .. they won the good stuff, WTF.

it was so much fun when it was like 3 pm, LOL. All of the guys gathered at my table wanting the free stuff, haha. and by everyone I mean even the sponsors.. haha.. they wanted the free stuff.. and it was only like 3 something pm. LOL. They were choosing which stuff is theirs.. plus Draniece came and said they could take whatever they want so it was chaotic for a while.. at 5 pm, everyone packed up, got all the stuff they wanted, and signed out and went back home.

So I got myself notebook, 2 bags of vono soup mugs with free mushroom soups (one is broken though >.< ), some coupons.. and accessory coupon.. which is a gold plated bracelet … gold chain would be better but oh well :P Have to find the place and claim it soon. That guy is super nice and funny.. :) I also got free balloons lol.. cuz I asked for them from the Umobile guys .. hmm what else.. didn’t want the shoes cuz they were weird (transparent shoes o.O) …oh hair and body shampoo.. and like 5 cleaning clothes for cleaning lappy screen, etc.. costing at $19.90 each O.O;;; So that’s like almost $100 lol

Even though it was super tiring and boring, I liked it.. cuz I get experience. I get some money too for just 2 days of boredom and some amusement lol. I get to meet new people, and talk to new people.. and prolly gained a little bit of extra knowledge apart from the free stuff :P
