You know, as you get older, you get many chances of diseases. One of the common one is heart attack, right? I have seen or heard so many people who just suddenly die because a sudden heart attack. I’m not sure about you, but for me I barely know anything about heart disease or anything heart related problem.

There is this site called Heart Library where it has a video hosted by Dr. Charles that explains to you on heart diseases. I’ve only seen one video, which is the cardiac arrest and it’s very informative. It has more on the medical side with details on the heart and the disease but it’s very useful.
