Was meant to do this blog last week on the day I went to PC Fair. Yay, finally, PC Fair! I withdrew every single cent from my savings accounts so I could buy stuff that I needed plus I borrowed mom extra RM300 lol. Blog about it coming soon. I’ve been extremely busy for the past few weeks with projects and stuff. I hate this. I’m stressed to the max, I’m completely drained… I’m going nuts. Anyways.. now I feel like blogging about my college’s open day which was held on March 22nd and 23rd. WARNING: PICTURE HEAVY!! I was working on that 2 days, plus lots of other students too. I was stationed at the front registration counter.

I came at around 9-ish am and as soon as we started, high school students came in groups with their teachers for the open day .. each group is like 40-80 students and there were like more than 5 groups so imagine the chaos!

The blue cards are ‘passports’… where visitors need to get 4 stamps after they’re done with certain task like touring the campus, or attending talks, talk to the counselors etc and they get meal voucher and eligible for a lucky draw to win cellphone lol.

Shortly after, around 11 am, while we were relaxing, that’s when the guy that was with us got the call from the hospital informing the death of the 3 Nigerian students. I heard him talking but didn’t suspect a thing. After he hung up, he suddenly told Wan “3 of my students died’… in a very most relaxed way.. we all thought he was joking cuz he looked like he was! Then when he told he wasn’t joking, and told the first story… we were all sick to our stomach. It was kinda gloomy… Ally came and was like “Why everyone is so gloomy?? Who died? LOL”… and we were looking at each other cuz someone did die lol. That’s when we heard so many versions of the stories. But let’s not get into that. I don’t want to be sick again.

After that, when it became quiet, I started to walk around to snap pictures… here you can see the middle of the lobby with er.. I forgot what booth is that lol There’s also broadband booth for Izzi.

I-Care Charity Gig booth… local bands will play a gig at our college.. anybody wanna buy tickets? I’m not into local bands though so too bad lol.. then next is CAMPUS TOUR station.. lots of students were stationed here.. you can see Rashman, I forgot their names… Atiqah, Az, Alia… Aleen.

Oobey … they have cute stuff for sale which we can order online… really, really, cute stuff!

After it got quiet for a while, I got really bored. So me and this girl Chen offered to help in the marketing department to bag the goodies for the guests. But guess what? I ’stole’ a bunch of facial mask thing, bunch of vitamins, pens, plastics, vouchers..facial wash..lol.. :D

Then I went to the toilet to fix my hair and camwhoring. You know how the day before, I got my front teeth fixed (did the filling?) So I was showing them in this pic lol… nice fixed teeth :D

You know.. when I wanted to use my coupon two guys (one probably Indonesian from another college and one is Nigerian) talked to me… ughhhh… oh there was also a van giving free coffee so yeah! I got bored most of the time, but luckily I could use net on Wan’s comp, so I could talk to Aaron for a bit.

Then the place started to get extremely crowded. Here’s Helmi in this shot.

I see Apex and that’s his station - lucky draw. When he went to lunch, he asked me to take care of his station for a bit, omg, it was such a chaos when groups of students wanted to do the lucky draw.. it was fucking hilarious as they mostly got a pen and they were whining haha..

The place got EXTREMELY crowded in the afternoon with the students from schools.

It was extremely hot.

Couldn’t even walk.. lol. But it cooled down when they go back home lol.. mostly after lunch hour, it was just parents then. It was sooo boring at my station at the front desk… so I kept walking around and disturbing people.. surf net, read news, chatted.. they wanted me to take care of galleria, should have said ok. Nothing much happened after that..

Then at 5 pm, everyone rushed to the counter to sign out lol Time to go back home cuz day 1 is over! Stay tuned for day 2 blog.
