You know when I was little, when I started to familiarized myself with internet, I remember I found this downloaded online casino game that I used to play (not for real money of course). Yesterday I was so upset and depressed it’s not even funny. I haven’t been that upset about school since I entered it. But first I want to say big big thanks to Aaron for putting up with my depression, my venting, my frustration…. everything… :) I desperately needed someone to talk to since no one else rl cared so thank you, it meant a lot to me. :)

I thought I’d blog in here for a little while before I do my work. Omg this week is stressful as hell. I lack time to do anything and it’s all due at the same time. I NEVER miss a due date but I did for 2&3 Dimensional Design class this semester. Gah. I can’t forgive myself for it. The only good thing that happened last week was that I got elected to be a student representative for my course, Video & Animation along with Jackie :) At least I’m gonna have something in the testimonial.

I’ve been spending most of my time trying to get work done last week. God knows how many times I’ve passed out on the bed from the exhaustion…lack of sleep. Oh I went to Tesco last week and ate at this place called “Jom Bali” or something.. The food’s not that bad :D Mom hated it though. Well she’s got no sense of taste anyway.

That’s ‘soto‘. I haven’t had soto in a while and it’s my all time fave food so I asked mom to eat there. It was good. Different though from my mom’s version. The soup is thicker. And that’s my ice blended mango+longan. Loved it.

Sorry ate a little bit before I took this pic, lol. That’s the …oh I forgot what it’s called but it’s a garlic toast, with chicken ham on it, and egg sunny side up. It was good, I loved it!

Anyways back to to today. I only had like 1 hour -ish sleep last night. Been doing sketches. I haven’t finished a building structure drawing so was rushing to finish it this morning at 5 am. I didn’t manage to finish that and it turned out VERY SHITTY. While getting ready for school, there was MTV EUROPE MUSIC AWARD on Mtv so I turned it on… for one category I forgot what, Tokio Hotel was nominated and they were up against the big international groups such as MCR (omg My Chemical Romance is having a concert here in KL next month, omg x.x) …30 Secs from Mars etc etc..guess what… THEY WON! Omg. O.o; And I heard in the background I think it was ‘schrei‘ song and it was in english…ohhh they’ve released the english version…and Bill could speak English, aww! It was so cute! Even though Bill looked and sounded extremely girlish lol. After that MCR performed… omg Gerard’s hairstyle -> TOTALLY HOT. I love his look in there. He’s totally hot.

Then I rushed to college… and they were dividing into groups according to majors. Argh. I didn’t know Ms Fiona’s checking the work.. we were being graded.. but I thought it was just mock interview?? And last time it was just Ms Fiona, Jenny and Mr Nicsson…this time even Mr Rasfan’s included. We were told to wait outside and go in group by group for evaluation. I joined my group in the next class and finished up my drawing while waiting…lol the guys were funny and cracked me up. I laughed the entire time. Then Kathy and I waited outside for our turn….

Half of the class waited outside like some beggars lol. Some lingered around college. Then after one group went in and came out, I asked them how it was and guess what? Myra and Dura told me they had to redo THE WHOLE ASSIGNMENTS. Meaning from A-Z… from the beginning of the semester until now if they don’t want to fail. Nesh said they told her they didn’t like her drawing of a leave from the animal sketch and told her to redo. W.T.F???? Omg. After that I was so nervous and scared I had to redo everything. There won’t be enough time. While waiting I took some pics with Kathy, lol.

I look HORRENDOUS!! Fucking ugly. And I look tired too from having only 1-hour sleep. And not to mention having face full of stress zit scars, like omg. And chubby. And blah. Kill me. I’m too ugly to live.

We were never called in for the face-to-face evaluation. And the assessors weren’t looking too happy. Finally at almost 1 pm, we were called in. They expressed their dissatisfaction and like 40% failed and need to redo. THANK GOD my name was not called, omg. Jackie and I were so relieved lol. Then we got scolded by the head of management for vandalism. Blah blah. Got lectured by the rest of lecturers, lol. We were dismissed at almost 2 pm and I was supposed to be at a club meeting at 1 pm.

I went down to search for the class, and found Shah… talked to him a bit, then went for meeting. The highlight of the day, happy to see Anthony! lol. Haven’t seen him since that modern dance few weeks ago. I don’t know why I love that guy. He’s cute and very shy and very ………innocent O.o…. so he amuse me. It’s cute. After that we we all went outside and they had this DIGI promotion for student above 21 for their postpaid plan…I signed up for new phone number XD (DIGI only has EDGE, not 3G, so I prefer MAXIS more even though they’re a bit more expensive.)

After that while waiting for Jackie (can you spot him in the picture? hehe) to deal with some contest thing Antony and I were joking around, played with the presents under the christmas tree, lol. And then after all’s done, he carried my heavy bag to my car in the parking lot cuz I asked him to….awwwwwwwww. Didn’t think he’d agree, lol.

After that I went to Ikea/Ikano to buy my thingy for tomorrow and went back home. There. Long day. Tomorrow’s another long day. Wednesday, final presentation. Thursday meeting. Next Monday final assessment. Next Friday student representative interview. Fuck me.

I so need a vacation.

Where art thou??

You know, since I’ve entered college I’ve been spending money like mad. Not on myself but on school stuff. So for the past one week, I’ve came to realization. I can’t work because I even lack free time to go out for shopping. And I need money for school stuff, for myself.. and without a job, where to get the money? So I’ve been thinking a lot of ways to earn some money. While I’ve been looking at blogs, I noticed something that they’ve been doing. Why not get paid to blog at the same time??? Seems like a a good idea, doesn’t it?

I found this site called smorty where you can get paid to blog and I’ve just started but from what I’ve been reading, it’s a good site and good opportunity to earn some extra income, don’t you think so? So I decided to give this site a try. I don’t think it’s a hard thing to do. I just go and accept any opportunities available and write a blog about them and then if approved, voila! Instead of advertising using banners, they advertise on blogs for a change lol.

I should have known about this before :(

Right now I feel like making a short blog entry. Yesterday I was so damn tired that I slept so early like starting from 9-ish till almost 10 am this morning. lol. I’m losing energy these days. I need vitamins. Plus my back is still fucked I think. But not as bad as couple of days ago….I think.

On Wednesday, it was our history of art group project assignment due day. Well some didn’t even pass it up. Blah. For my group, we got it done. Hehe. I’ve posted some pictures of the thing that we made in the previous blog so here’s the outcome..

TADAAAAA…. here’s our mask. Ren did all the ribbon sewing and the mask itself so she did a good job. Hehe I’m proud of our group project, not some crappy thing…at least it shows like we put effort into it and thoughts.

Harry Potter & Order of the Phoenix

I won’t talk much since I’m too tired and my back is hurting like a bitch.

Today after I was done with school stuff, I watched Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix with Aaron in SL. FINALLY. Usually my tradition would be watching it on the first day it premieres, if I can, the first morning screening. Unfortunately this year I’m in KL, not really used to going alone to movie cinema here so I didn’t watch it :(

My expectation wasn’t high… the first 2 movies were complete to me. Like almost true to the book, and you feel the magical of it. Starting 3rd movie, and changed directors, and they were more into cinematography, cgi, the movie seems darker and incomplete to me. Like I’m not satisfied at the end. Ok so 4th movie is acceptable, but still felt something missing. In the 5th, they left so many important stuff in it. I was so looking forward to quidditch but no, no quidditch. Harry was supposed to be made captain right? And Hermione and Ron… they never mentioned that they were made prefects.

In the book, Harry is supposed to be really bitchy and moody and pissy. In the moody, he seems happy most of time. Only moody at a short while but not the same as portrayed in the book. Nothing on the elves. No St Mungo’s scene. Was expecting more on Sirius’ death and more mourning time instead of just sudden like that. Voldie looked sissy instead of powerful. Not much on Draco and they didn’t include Harry punching him (if I remember correctly?)… what about Firenze taking over for a class? ….loads more.

However, Professor Umbridge is PERFECT. She was so annoying and bitchy that I felt like using avada kedavra on her and dumping her body into the sea…just like how I felt when I read the book. Luna Lovegod is perfect too :D Not much Tonks or any other characters. Hagrid appeared like 10 minutes? But overall, the movie is good. Better than expected. I enjoyed it a lot. Still can’t beat LOTR. And I still think the first 2 are better…. we feel the magical world…we were introduced to bertie botts, fat lady portrait, the ghosts like peeves, moaning myrtle… all the magical things…now it has just lost its touch. It’s more of a dark thriller or drama than magical fantasy to me.

The Simpsons

I was seriously depressed when watching this… so I didn’t really get into the movie.. I only found some of it funny but not that funny, you know? I know Aaron was laughing hard when watching this with me :P But I love the Simpson… they’re the most dysfunctional family I’ve known lol.

Rocky Horror Picture Show

Watched this on SL with Aaron too.. I’ve been wanting to watch this for ages. I’ve heard so much about it but I’ve never seen it. Haha. I don’t get most of the time but the songs are catchy. It’s supposed to be a parody of horror movies and most noticeable one is Frankenstein lol. However the movie is hilarious, even though it’s fucked up. Tim Curry is PERFECT as the ‘Sweet Transvestite from Transexual, Transylvania” Dr. Frank-n-Furter. Haha can’t stop looking at his face.

The songs are all so catchy. I love ‘The Time Warp‘, the catchiest song from the movie. And it’s funny. I love the movie lol. Even if it’s fucked up as hell and made no sense lol.

Transformers

Also, lol, watched this with Aaron on SL. Finally I get to see it! It was awesome! The movie was in bad quality though so hope to get the DVD soon. But Shia Lebeouf was hot in it, and the effects were awesome.. and the movie is funny. I’m sure you’ve seen the movie :P It was awesome lol.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning

I watched this horror movie also with Aaron in SL as part of our horror movie night shortly before Halloween. We wanted to watch Saw but couldn’t find it so settled with this instead. I didn’t notice the movie is actually texas chainsaw massacre…but the opening scene was gory. Lots of blood. That’s enough to catch my attention. No complicated plot. Just some fucked up people torturing and killing other people in a very fucked up way. The gore was ok, but not gory enough for me. Was expecting more. Brutality is there, but not enough.

I love Jordana Brewster in it. She’s pretty :P

See No Evil

I watched this alone in SL. I thought the movie would suck. Main actor is Kane from WWE… the first scene when I watched this was like DAMN, brutal as hell! And it was bloody gory. Again, enough to catch my attention to watch it. Overall, the plot was dumb. Some delinquents sent to a hotel the get killed…so typical. The killings are brutal and bloody, which I loved. But the movie sucked :( Kane was good as a psychopath though since he does look like one.

The only other known actor in the movie beside Kane is Christina Vidal (from Freaky Friday). Well gore-wise the movie is good…killings are brutal… but story or plot-wise… none.. totally cliche b-type movie. But it was ok nonetheless.

Yesterday I accompanied Sherra to the dentist to get some info. I need to see a dentist but blergh. I have a phobia of dentist. So at like almost 11 am -ish I went out and met with Sherra at Taman Tun (which is like 5 mins from my place). Then walked and went to 7-11 and the workers there were like overly nice lol cuz I was asking about 2 debit cards. Bought topup card then went to a nearby dentist..blah even hidden, small place like that is expensive, I can’t imagine Dentalpro. Must be expensive as fuck. Hehe. After that we went to Bangsar, because Ren was waiting there then followed us to Sherra’s home to do our group project. Kathy went back to her hometown and Farah is at her home (quite far) so it was only just the 3 of us.

We are doing a mask thing that Ren made from newspaper pulp or something. Our job yesterday was to glue music notes sheet on the paper for deco.

This blog was supposed to be posted like last August lol. But after I went back to my hometown, I had lots of stuff going on so yeah. Post about it coming soon. Hehe. First I want to write about my assessment week for semester 1 back in August. I’m not sure if I can remember most of it.

So our assessment week… on Monday, August 24th, it was for color & form class. I still had to attend class in the morning and we had the mockup interview with Mr Nicsson… for me he was asking like… what is balancing? How would you feel about the color black and white? If a room is painted in just black and white, how would you feel? I’m like O.o;;; Then a few people after that was never asked any questions ..not fair! lol. Then I spent like 1 1/2 hours in the comp lab doing…nothing. I was so friggin bored to death! Didn’t feel like playing games.. didn’t feel like browsing stuff… so I just sat there staring at the screen.

Then we got ready and all… I didn’t bring anything to decorate the table. We were told to display all of our arts on the table for the ‘judges’ lol to see. I didn’t bring anything ack. Sherra came (she didn’t have to attend morning class) and luckily she brought some cloth thing to decorate. We waited and waited and waited….finally Ms Fiona and Ms Jenny came. Some of the students haven’t even finished the last group project yet and were still working on it. But it was just first part of assessment so it was ok.

We totally weren’t prepared for what’s to come. Oh my god. Suddenly Ms Fiona said we have go out to the front, display our stuff on the table and tell the whole class about it. I had no problems with it because that’s normal for me.. I did presentation before in business and secretary courses..and being emcee before, talking to my classmates was nothing compared to being emcee. LOL. But nobody in the class is prepared to talk in front of the whole class with Ms Fiona, Ms Jenny and Mr Nicsson watching. Everyone was like… blur, didn’t even talk anything about their art, basically just said Hello and blah and bye. That’s how short. By the middle of it the assessment, Ms Fiona was in a bad mood :( Finally my turn to speak. I was waiting like 10 minutes in the front for Ms Fiona to be done with her marking and stuff… I got really nervous lol. Then when they’re ready I just talked whatever that comes out of my mouth… I went blah blah blah. And I know what I’m supposed to talk about…then I see Mr Nicsson nodding and smiling, Ms Fiona smiling so I’m relieved :D

The funniest thing was Bryan… he’s this guy with soft cute face…he was just talking like blah blah blah…. Then suddenly he said ‘cacated’ …there was silence for a few seconds before we realized what he meant and everyone esp Ms Fiona was giggling lol. It’s a malay word added with an english past tense… lol. The way he said it was too funny. Then after hours of agonizing wait, hearing people talk like so blah….and not even relating to their art… finally done.

Ms Fiona spoke to the class and she was complaining, ack. She was not satisfied… not happy etc… and she wanted some people to redo their arts because they were messy, not neat, etc etc… BUT… then suddenly she said she wanted to compliment some people who did well… guess whose name came out? Hehe MOI. ME. I was surprised as hell o.O;;;; My name was called first lol. She complimented me and said I did a good job. :D All the hard work I did was paid by that compliment. She also mentioned Jackie and Juwinn. Hehe. I was happy.

I so can’t remember what I did after that.. I know I had photography class the next day.. so was probably busy finishing the last assignment. Then on Thursday, last assessment. Nothing much happening except revisions for those who re-did their arts and stuff… Some haven’t even finished their group project and so got lectured by Ms Fiona. lol.
